The staff and the ambience were great but the room was Ok. Make my trip didn’t define the rooms as side sea view room. We had expected a direct sea view room like it said in make my trip website. That was disappointing.

The property is located in a very good position but the wifi of the hotel was not working properly after complaining it was fixed. Water from the bathroom was coming inside the room which was a major problem and the food quality was pretty ok.

We booked two super deluxe rooms for 26th & 27th Sep 2025 and special mention was made regarding sea facing but was quite disappointed when they gave two rooms side facing. We had to pay extra to be allotted sea facing rooms which was not a good experience and no receipt was given to us for the extra payment taken. No wi fi was given to us inspite of repeated requests

I had very poor experience with them, the food was terrible, there were spots on the bedsheet, the sea view wasn’t proper as promised, there are a lot of the property which is misleading

Terrific Location , perfect place to stay if anyone wants to enjoy the Sea with peace .. Rooms very good spclly the Front sea facing Balcony rooms, great... great view all around . Food also upto the mark. A long stretch of sea beach to enjoy frm the room itself. Only suggestion they really need to work on their WIFI at rooms. Will stay here again for sure

In complete hotel, service's are yet to stabilize.

Location wise it is far from Swargadwar, but close to new bypass, with less crowd. Food quality is average. Swimming pool is non functional till now. The works in the hotel are going on and it will take another 2-3 months to be functionality fully. They dont have any shower/changing room outside to clean yourself after sea-bath. Request to send water to room remain unattended at night.
