The food was not good.order taker from in room dining have no proper listing skills and send the wrong order. Debashish and santosh are very nice and help me a lot. room catagory are the same cleaning is very bad and they don't provide water bottle daily if you as they said it will be chargeable. ice buckets are also chargeable 199 per ice bucket. it says 8 minutes walks but it's not. the hotel is in side of a apartment area. room quality is not upto the mark.

Very far from sea beach. The property is not well maintained. The rooms are not worthy according to the price offered. There is car parking problem. The roads to the property is bad and water logged. The guests have to be very very careful about their belongings. We had a bad experience

Firstly the photos displayed in the portal are not how the rooms are in real. The amenities mentioned while booking are not present when asked for the same (dental kit, laundry service, iron, etc). I think this is how hotels at Puri earn money, by scanning tourists with fake pics and promises, and it is solely not their fault, make my trip should conduct a detailed audit on all the properties listed in their portal if the amenities described are accurate or not. The property's location was good and just a few minutes away from the beach. We were able to explore Gour Vihar Matha(Mata Matha) which was just 1.5kms away from the property so this location was quite convenient for us. Food was tasty and hygienic and prices were fine. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned and the services were timely be it housekeeping or room service The property's location was good and just a few minutes away from the beach.

hotel room is good . but it's very far away from main sea beach . and most imp thing is service is not upto the mark . amenities like Swimming pool is not hotels property it's Society property . hotel is not a Resort it's Local Society of Appartment. location is very bad . it's almost 2 km from Light house . pls don't book this hotel as amenities like - Toto and auto is very expensive . moreover there are certain rules which restricts your freedom too
