nice. rate ke hisab se thik hai. beach walking distance pe hai. breakfast is limited but okay. mandir bhi paas hi hai. Sab thik tha.

Pretty average hotel . They could have an exhaust fan in the bathroom . Balcony is not that maintained .

Best hotel in puri. Excellent service and staff. Location is very good. Room service is superb.

Due to ongoing renovation of the entire resort, the lift was unavailable. I had selected the resort because of my difficulty in using stairs due to leg injury. This information about renovation should have been put up online so that it shows during selecting hotel and booking. Apart from this concern, other facilities and staffs were good.

i complaint in make my trip portal. but you didn't resolve my problem.I am totally disappointed from mmt and this hotel also.Both are making fool us.When i complaint against this hotel in mmt they told me I resolve your problem within 45 minutes but not a single person answerable from mmt side.

Staff behaviour and attitude is good. Amenities and other facilities are up to the mark. Cleanliness and daily cleaning of room service up to the mark. The restaurant facilities are very good. Staff s attitude and the attending of food orders time bound. One shortage may be altered by adding one exhaust system in toilet/ wash room. Hotel is under maintenance..Exterior and interior both colour and maintenance going on..Lift is in non working condition . major problem is with the Suit room, it says See View..but you can see the Sea from one corner only..it's a side view room. staffs are good...Foods are avarage. Property location is in front of beach in walking distance . Stay was amazing . Tried dinner and had Garlic Nan, veg briyani, panner ...its tasty . Also Daal, rice , chapati was amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a Super Deluxe Sea View with Balcony room. Although I was promised a front sea view room, I did receive a room with a good view. The breakfast was also satisfactory. However, there were some issues that detracted from my stay: 1. Renovation and Lift Outage: The hotel was under renovation, and our room was on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the lift was also out of order due to the renovation. This was a significant problem, especially since one of my parents is a heart patient and the other has high blood pressure. Climbing the stairs multiple times a day was quite challenging for them. 2. Bathroom Issues: Although the bathroom was clean and had Jaguar sanitary ware, the jet spray broke after just one press. I found it unusual that a Jaguar fitting would break so easily. 3. Room Leak: On a rainy day, water leaked into the room, flooding the floor. 4. Housekeeping Staff Behavior : On the day of departure, the housekeeping staff insisted on tips and made unpleasant comments when we didn't give them any. 5. Wifi coverage: The WiFi didn't reach my room, and when I asked the reception about it, they told me that it wouldn't reach the rooms. If the WiFi doesn't work in the rooms, am I supposed to sit in the lobby all day? That's pathetic. Given that we weren't informed about the lift outage during booking, we would have considered canceling our stay if we knew about it. I had confirmed with the hotel multiple times about the room and view, but no one mentioned the lift issue.

the whole property was in under construction renu ation, no lift nothing and the property staff experience is terrible , may be my last booking by MMT as a middle third party person who verified quality property, on behalf of that we trust your trusted properties thats is

The rooms were good but I was disappointed with the sea facing view room. And as the renovation work was going on the stay didn't feel pleasant and food options in breakfast could be more.

Hotel was not so good and staff wasn’t have any etiquette as how to talk to customers. Moreover the breakfast was given by hotel was very pathetic. Even they don’t know how to cook the aaloo sabzi and puri. I will make sure I will not make any book aby hotel.
