Location is good, food is good, amenities need to be enhanced. Overall it is good, but need to change the check out time.

Location very convenient. Staff behavior excellent. Clean. Some improvement points: need to introduce electronic room key in place of manual. Too many stairs to be climbed inside hotel to reach 4th floor.

The location was Great! The room was very clean with simple decoration, comfortable king bed, Spacious bathroom. Facilities and ambiance is realy good Also there was free Wi-Fi in all the hotel premises! The breakfast hot dishes. complementary breakfast is very good like poori, chole, fruits salad, bread butter, boiled corn egg with soith Indian dises with tea and coffy also. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

Location is good just near the beach... you can enjoy the beauty of the sea beach by sitting at your room window (sea facing room) Food services were really good... But sometimes due to heavy crowd they could not provide the food on time... But overall experience was good Food quality was good.. No issues .. House keeping services were good ...First day there were few issues with our room regarding the floor and bathroom...but after that everything was fine... Overall experience for Camellia Hotel and Resort was Average...For a short trip you can easily prefer this Resort..

The property was good but not totally worth the price paid.. Cleanliness could have been better... Staff was courteous and helped us with early check in as well... I noticed that staff checking in on a weekend had been given welcome drink and wet towels at the reception which didn't happen for us when we had checked in on a weekday.. A consistent service approach would have been better .. Pros Great location across the beach Closely located to Temple, market and railway station Staff was courteous in ensuring early check in Post check out as we were waiting at the reception area as there was time gap in our next train they moved us to one of their restaurants so we could wait comfortably without any hassle overall a good experience

I recently stayed at this hotel after booking 2 rooms for 6 people at a total cost of ₹11,636, expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience, especially with a sea-facing room as advertised. Unfortunately, the stay was far from satisfactory. The so-called sea-facing rooms were very misleading, and the balcony was still under construction, making it unusable throughout our stay. Additionally, ongoing construction work created constant noise, ruining any sense of peace or relaxation we hoped for. The rooms were small, not well-maintained, and definitely not worth the price paid. The washrooms were not that clean, and to make things worse, the geyser in one of the rooms was not working at all. The in-room minibar was another major disappointment — basic items were overpriced, with a ₹10 Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate charged at ₹50, and a ₹5 moong dal namkeen priced at ₹30, which felt like a complete rip-off. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good, offering a decent variety of tasty dishes. Overall, considering the high price, poor maintenance, misleading room descriptions, lack of basic facilities, and ongoing construction, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made. Definitely not ideal for a relaxing stay or a proper sea-view experience.

Please avoid this hotel. Rooms are very unhygienic. The Hotel staff doest not clean the rooms properly. We arrived at 5pm and the room allotted to us was smelling and the washroom was not clean. The lenin on the bedding was not changed and had lots of stains. On our request they changed our room but the other room had similar issues. It took us one hour to get our room cleaned. Room cleaning staff cleans the bathroom and without washing their hands start making your bed which is very unhygienic. The complete room has dust all over there floor. The carpet in the room is covered in dust. It look like that the Hotel is only interested in making money with no services as per the charges. Morning breakfast is also not good as per the standards. The eating area is tiny to accommodate gathering of guests for breakfast. There is also a lot of stink in front of the Hotel.

starting from location, there was no proper parking facility and it is not facing the actual " good and clean part of the beach" About the Cleanliness - Floor, Furniture surface, bathroom and clothings were too smelly to bear and greasy moist giving a filthy feeling. Room Size - Too small and unorganised, bed was placed exactly at 1 meter distance from the Room door. Geyser not working, Telephone not working - Had to go to reception and wake up the person in the morning for the geyser. TV not working Positive - swimming pool, staff polite

Only good thing about this property is it’s location. It is not worth the money I paid for my stay. Room is generally dirty, linen was full of patches and stains, bathroom was leaking water all the time. In the name of sea view, we got view of the sea between two buildings. I will not recommend this property for family if they are with young kids and elderly.

The hotel is unclean, old furniture, worst breakfast quality although a number of items are balanced between vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We didn't like the food in their hotel Zaica when we had dinner the previous night. Location is good, right opposite to the beach.

Overall it is good. Food taste is also good. Room are although small but staff behaviour is very friendly
