very bad experience and very un happy booking because he not give real booking sight

Wonderful and helping staff. Cleaning. Food was tasty. Restaurant staff is helping and kind. Beautiful paintings was main attraction.

The rooms were really very spacious , neat and clean, ambience was very nice. Hotel team helped to call the battery rickshaw for temple visit. All went very well without hassle. Hotel restaurant food is delicious both Jain food and non- Jain food.overall it was a very good and pleasant stay

It was the worst hotel in terms of service and cleanliness. They make fool by showing property photos. It is inside a residential society and they have rented out some 1 bhk flats. It is not at all a resort. First the society gatekeeper didn't let ou vehicle inside and told to call reception. On repeated calling reception no one picked up the phone. On calling manager he told to call reception. I had to search for reception in the society while my family with kids with all the luggage was standing at gate. On reaching there was very casual approach from a single receptionist and told that i was busy with other customer on phone. When reached the room the sofa, curtains, bedsheets were dirty and 3 buds of cigratte was found. On reaching restaurant for complimentary breakfast the staff was giving the plate by count which i have never seen in any hotel. He told that our room no has not been updated so we have to bring coupons from reception. Guests have to bring coupons. Request guests not to book this hotel or any hotel in krishna sea sights.

Very low experience in terms of hospitality from front desk staff and overall ambience of the rooms, the overall management is not good though the property is huge, it is not worth it when compared to the amount spent on booking.

The rooms were not clean. The phone in the rooms was not working. In case of any requirement it uses to reach late. Huge mess during Breakfast and the staff was not responsive. Breakfast was served in cracked and old plates.

As per price they charged, room is pathetic, rooms are dirty washroom are not clean, door handle are broken breakfast service is very bad. Shortage of breakfast when crowd in restaurant in morning. Also this is not resort, this is an society where number of flats which are allotted to traveller.

This is not a resort or even a hotel. They have bhk apartments in a apartment complex. This is old complex and apartments are not clean. Sofa, bed and pillows had stains- we had to cover pillows with our clothes before placing our head on them. Sofa was partially broken and had stains on its cover. Curtains were all stained and stinking with dust deposited on them. I stayed for 1 night and then checked out next morning. We couldn't use the washroom also- it was so dirty and stinking. Towels provided were very old and shredding, soap was of low quality. Food had limited options but kitchen was very dirty. Overall a pathetic place to stay. I demanded refund as well, but no response from hotel's manager.

Very good place to stay, and service of room and restorant are very well, staff behavior is so polite. Food was ok... approach road was under repair had to take long, narrow and muddy road to reach hotel...

Rooms are very dirty, poorly maintained property, very congested place; don’t book this property. Mm t should not list such properties.

I booked this hotel from mmt but not worth of amount i paid at this hotel. Geyser, shawar was also not working and toilet jet was useless. Rooms were clean and ok.

The helpline number is a useless person. Don't know behavior. The room service is pathetic, dirty. Totally uncomfortable

Stay was good. Staff was courteous and responsive. Breakfast of good with different varieties. Overall place is good to stay for day or 2. The approach road is bad.

Poor room service the hotel is more like service apartments moreover intercom was not working but staff behaviour was excellent and taste of food was good.

This hotel seems to be a great choice for families and friends seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Its prime location near the beach and temples, coupled with top-notch service and a pleasant ambiance, make it a desirable option. The staff here are very helpful specially Mr. Susanto,who guided us with the best deals and ofcourse the reception Ms.Narmada who always welcomed us with her beautiful smile.

the stay at this property was terrible,not even basic amneties are available here as promised and written like cleanliness, landline phone not working,no wifi , everytime you have to go reception and call multiple times to manager for basic things. we changed rooms in the building multiple times due to bad furniture and cleanliness. the pics displayed are from nearby locality as it's a flat type property, the dining place is too far more than 100 meters from hotel stay. and they take hours to give you lunch or dinner ordered. one day they gave smelly food after 2 hrs wait , the dishes were changed again and it was more than 10 pm after wait so we are there only. it was horrible experience with aged family members and small childrens getting hungry. after a long day to visit place and getting tired you need a proper nice dinner. overall it was a terrible stay here.

We booked this property. Stay here is not up to the mark as pictures displayed with pool, garden etc actually it's near to these views. And amneties are so poor. Wifi is not available, landline phone doesn't works, bathrooms are not clean, every-time you have to go to reception and call on personal numbers of the staff and they take a lot of time 1-2 hrs for common requests. charged a handsome amount for this stay and in real when you take rooms it's much cheaper. Food facilities are 200 meters far from room offered. And on one day they took 2 hours to give dinner, we waited a lot and food quality served was pretty bad. We talked to make my trip regarding this matter but there was no coordination and they were taking a lot of time to change my stay. We went with whole family with aged peoples and children's, so later we adjusted in the same rooms and changed room in the same facility provided. As we didn't wanted to ruin our vacation in conversations only. Overall not a good place to stay and service is very terrible.
