4 star for the staff. 4 Star for the resort. 2 star for online disclosure. 1 star for the kitchen. Let me explain. Resort is located by the side of a river and NOT on beach-side. Need to take boat and then walk 200 meters to reach the beach. Beach is isolated with not even facility for water to drink. Only the cottages are good to live in, and all other type of rooms are inside multi-storey building. Most of the staff is very good natured and helpful, but language is a problem. You need to make sure that they have understood by speaking twice and asking them to repeat what they have understood. Resort has good recreational facilities like swimming pool, boat rides. But the main issue is the kitchen. Kitchen chef is arrogant and the kitchen team is tooooooo slow. Expect them to cook you food in more than an hour at the least. If you will complain, the kitchen chef is so arrogant that he will make sure you get food even later the next time you order – giving all kind of excuses – like tandoori roti takes more time. You’ll be at the mercy of the kitchen staff, because there isn’t any other food joint within 20 kilometers, so you just have to pray and wait for the food to come. For vegetarians, food is mostly terrible. Vegetarians should take some fruits with them to live on, or some ready-to-cook type packets. I think they are probably more comfortable cooking non-veg food, but for vegetarians… better plan to have food outside when you go to Puri or elsewhere on excursion.

The resort is in extremely inside from the main road of 8 to 10 kilometers. only a swimming pool.cycling and nothing else. they take you to the sea by in-house boat and the beach has nothing of entertainment. No public or shop only for hotel guest. It's is 18 kilometers away from main puri beach. Restaurant is there. please go after lot of scearh it is good for couples and family. completely family time nothing else.i booked for two nights but didn't stay i checked in and checked out within an hour. there is no service of Uber or anything. The hotel gas 2 cars but the charge double the price. Anyway No net. No shop nearby. Peaceful riverside resort just outside Puri,clean rooms, friendly staff, great food, fun pools and boat rides to a private beach. Truly relaxing

Nice location , cool river side cottage, nice staffs polite and professional, all the amenities which you require are there at resort . Best for if you want to leave all the hustle bustle and be in nature no network of mobile wifi is there tho from resort its working fine ... overall excellent stay

No welcome drinks provided on arrival. service needs enhanced. Food quality is good . But the rate is high compared to quantity.

Experience was too good. Food experience was good. Staffs are too sweet. Rooms are excellent. Trek experience were soo good.

it's a great place for a family outing with minimal budget. regarding food I will give 10/10, kids also enjoy the activities like cycling, swing, swimming and boating. service and behaviour of the staffs are so good. l think to plan again with my family and friends.

Great location and service and food. Only problem was a lot of monkeys in the property. Also the property is far from town, which should be fine as road is good

The family room is spacious with two separate rooms with doors. This seems to be the only pros. Cons: - check in timing was 11 am and we reached there at 2 pm, still our room was not ready. Had to wait for 45 mins to get our rooms ready. That too after requesting multiple times. - the food was stale. The soup they offered in evening was stale, the chicken tasted sour and there were insects in the soup. - they say pool costume is available to buy, but they just have small sizes. - this resort offers no toiletries except for shower gel and soap. - food is overpriced looking at the quality, which is completely average. - the beachside had party arrangements, so we had no access to the backside or poolside. No bornfire arrangement, which we requested for. - the manager did not even explain about the activities involved in our booking package.

Chek in time is 12 we reached around 2 pm, reception people have no idea that we have booked room, they took 30 min for cleaning room. We have waited outside. Room was not clean

Behaviour and way of talking was good and thanks for helping me in my concerns. I am talking about the customer service of mmt not about the hotel

The resort is next to the beach and lake - so double bonanza - awesome experience- we enjoyed a lot of- we have made a vlog of our experiences- this will be uploaded to our youtube channel - “avilini diaries”

The guy said your room is in another block and if you want to stay in main resort you will have to pay Rs 1000/-extra. When I asked him to show my room I was taken out of the premises and took me to another location where the building was locked. I refused to stay in that room. When I gave my id's for checking in he didn't give them back. I realised that our id's are left at the reception when at the airport I looked in my wallet. I called the resort and requested them to send our id's by courier but they didn't do it. There were many instances. One was while we were going for breakfast he said your terriff does not include free breakfast. But when I checked my reservations it was mentioned breakfast included. When I showed him he said his record does not show it. The whole stay was extremely bad

Located outskirts of puri. Good property, water sports, boat ride, games, swimming pool, atv and bike ride.

Awesome experience and too good hospitality. It's great property away from the hustle bustle of city life. Cottages are mind blowing. Perfect gateway to spend sometime in the lap of nature. And the manager was too sweet. Keep up the good work.

First of all, I would like to inform you that I didn't check in on the 20th October, when I called up the property, they denied the refund process. later on, I suggested a date change with the same tariff which was also denied by the hotel manager. Also, the staff deployed there are not professional at all. The problem is they don't know how to speak with guests. Hence, I am requesting MMT to initiate the refund.

Room ac was not working. At 6pm hotel denied for spa service put food bill of rs500. 00 and forced to pay from us although this food was consumed by others. And person in the reception given false promises to solve this issue which was ultimately not done.
