The property is located at the convenient location, but quite old. Rooms need better cleaning and maintenance. Restaurant staff is quite rude. Absolutely no attention during the breakfast. Decent stay, but could have been better for the money charged.

Good ambience yet lacked basic amenities repair like air conditioner and no regular water bottles. Room sizes are quite small as compared to advertised pictures. Price point had to be reduced for OTA bookings as it will result in more customers footfall.

Pleasant stay thanks to the friendly very easy to locate place as it is nearer to airport and hotel service is very good

Location is at prominent place. Food is average. Hotel rooms are average and not worthy for cost. Lights are very dim in the rooms. Furniture is very old. Space is less. Overall it is average.

location is 5 out of 5 property is bit okay okay if you compare with today's 5 star properties. but it is decent. 4 out of 5 everything is good. there is no parking option. That can be looked into by the management.

The hotel is very old and not up to the value. It is better to chose Ginger or similar hotel at 40% less price than this hotel.

Rooms were smelly and food was horrible. I will not recomm

the four star of this hotel is a fake one it seems. the service & amenities are poorer than a two starred oyo stay. i paid more than 3.5K for half a day. but there was no complementary at least a water bottle.only the lobby is suited for a 4-starred hotel. The funitures has been worn out. The looks might give you goosebumps. customer service is also poor. Even no toiletries were provided. Disgusted. How can a 4-starred hotel not provide these basic things!!! However, the paid food was good. It could have been better.

The property is very clean and good. the staff behaviour is excellent with variety of breakfast served, roof top pool and light musical concert during dinner time in the restaurant.

The property is in good location and the facilities were decent. It is an old hotel, but met my requirements. The breakfast varieties were too good.

Their rooms were not ready, Out of three rooms one room is provided at approx 2pm They Started To call me for checkout at 12:30pm only to vacant till 1pm

I have booked for 3 adults and 1 child (8 years) but the room was not ready as per our requirement. They adjusted the extra bed after our request. And the glass window was too risky because there was no balcony or safety grill in the window. Paid for an extra bed but not satisfied with the given bed.

The initial rooms that were provided were really filthy and even furniture was too dirty to even sit. We raised the complaint and being moved to different rooms after urging so many times. The service was also not good. It has a big reception and lobby but rooms are really bad and below average. Do not get confused with the pics, rooms are very small, old and smelly.
