Hotel Koshal is closely located to the sea. A 2 mins walk from the hotel. The place is quite peaceful, so as the beach. The promenade is quite, less crowded all through the day. It is well connected with other key places in Puri by autoricksaw. The fare to station can vary between INR 300 to 400. Swargadwar will be INR 100 and Puri Mandir around INR 250. The hotel is very clean and the staffs are very well behaved. There is restaurant at the basement. The food is fine. Overall Hotel Koshal is a value for money hotel of stay.

Stay was good, service was little not upto the mark as expected. Food service is bad, delay in the commitment and kept us waiting everytime we ordered food. Food quality is also average can be better. Room was sanitized, clean and no complaints on the room service. Overall 3.5 out of 5 I can say.

The hotel needs to improve on a lot of areas of services as under: 1) Housekeeping services are not that good and won't be provided if you dont ask for the same. Also that is provided at late hours of the day. 2) Swimming pool is not clean & maintained properly. Saw a lot of dead flies & other insects floating on water. Also the depth of the kids pool is too much for a toddler. 3) Breakfast menu is good, however for lunch & dinner, the cook does not follow to what is requested specifically for customized order. 4) The floor of the rooms are not that good and remain moist. I believe if they work on the aforesaid issues, they can certainly uplift their current standard.

Terrible Stay

Worst Room service i have seen until now. For a small dish I.e papad and peanut takes 45 min and no one care about the time. Worst breakfast . No punctuality. Time mention 7:30 and we have to wait for 15 min after the said time to get a Tea
