HOTEL SWARNA VILLA

wonderful experience it was no problem to stay there well hospitality good to book make my trip

The hotel is not maintained. Geyser does not work. The manager and service number is slow to respond. Also there is a wine shop beside the hotel with hundreds of people drinking wine on the road.

Behaviour of the staff and hotel manager was too bad. They were not helpful even for new visitors. Room and toilet was too dirty. uncomfortable stay

The hotel is unkept, unclean, unmaintained, has broken bath fittings and furnitures and is overpriced. There is limited food. However some of the service guys and manager were really good. Food is cheap. The best thing is the room sea view in their costly room i was. Make my trip is also did not provide offers.

This is the right hotel for people who want to stay in front of sea to view the tides. Everything was good here except the food quality and hygiene. A lot to be improved in food.

The look of the room was not good at all. Bedsheets, blankets and pilow covers were very old and not cleaned properly. No change of bedsheets on daily basis. Dustbins were full and not cleared for the full day

Location is pretty close to lighthouse beach. You can get a sea view room also. Staff and service was good. Bathroom was smelly. Rooms are very small.

The hotel is good but it is far from main market area. Hotel staffs are very active in their service and cooperative, foods are tasty. We all enjoyed a lot

I stayed for 2 nights. Staffs n management are quite friendly. Daily room cleaning, frond desk hlp were good. But standard rooms should be more airy. There was lack of sun light also. There is a balcony but fully congested by neighbor hotel. Bathroom n room were clean.

Overall the experience was excellent. Hospitality was the best. Nothing to complaint. I will visit again and recommend for the hotel

This is a highly priced property depending on the type of property with nothing in add-on services Also service quality is very average. Not at all suggested..

Property lack amenities like lift, hygiene is also a big concern. Cook wasn’t available in 2 days of my stay couple of time
