Terrible stay! far from the beach no room service tv didn’t work, electricity went off for hours but no response from the caretaker.

Stay is good but the amenities which were mentioned in the site are not as actual. Like the stove / induction is missing, the refrigerator is missing, kitchenate items are missing. Washroom jet spray has a lickage

Santosh beach resort, puri is closed. Not in operation at present. It is a big harassment and fraudulent activity. How makemytrip has received payment for room booking against closed resort?

Worst experience. Pols black list the above hotel. Broken furnitures, bathroom door broken, charged extra money, located far from swargodar / puri beach. Dirty bedsheet, water leakage inside toilet. No food supply facility. All negative points. Overall very bad.

Rooms are not cleaned regularly. Also though in name, it is mentioned sea beach, it is too far away from sea & main places. Pest control not sure even if they are aware what it means!

Very isolated place

This place access is very dark and isolated. Not suitable for families to travel to this place. After visiting there i wanted to cancel and sought refund. Not enabled the refund. Not a safe place due to access is bad.

No power backup

After the rain we arrived at resort, but there were no light except facade. We were told that they are on it to restore, finally electricity came in the early morning 4am. I think they were not doing anything.

Not maintained properly, no power backup, no cleanliness, lot of mosquitoes in this area, auto rickshaw charges are double as this place is situated far from the beach area.
