fantastic place. sea facing. all kitchen utensils available. outside food allowed and you can cook at your own. swimming pool is also good and food quality of restaurant is awesome. behaviour of all staffs are very polite. you can park your car at sea side or internal parking space without any extra pay

I found this property while browsing on MMT, from the images it looked really good so i immediately booked without any hesitation. Things got fishy when i requested the manager for another night stay as i was arriving one night before my Booking date. when i reached the property things were not upto the mark. bedsheets were dirty i have shared images already. there was no caretaker to welcome, i literally had to wait 30 mins for him to come. there was not even a room service available. you have to manage everything on your own as told to me by the care taker. it was a beach facing property but... to be honest it was not worth it. it was too far from beach...even if you want to visit local places or Jagannath mandir its very very difficult to get a ride... there was rarely any auto or even ola uber...you would literally have to stand in from of the hotel gate 30 mins to find someone...in one simple line...you wont even able to enjoy your stay. the only positive point i could find was that you are all alone you have full freedom to do what ever you want. if you are someone like that you can go and enjoy.

The experience was amazing, room was spacious enough for 3 people. The balcony view of sea and pool is fantastic

it was good stay with deb oasis. staff was too friendly. its near to sea beach. we enjoyed cooking at room. i recommend all other guest to this property.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room itself was average, but the real issue was with the staff. Both the owner and the caretaker were extremely rude and uncooperative throughout my stay. They seemed uninterested in helping with even basic requests and made me feel unwelcome. Hospitality was clearly not a priority for them. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful environment. There are plenty of better options nearby with friendlier and more professional service.

It was pathetic experience staying there for 3 nights, they don't do daily house keeping, after check in we found dirty dustbins where from insects are coming out , stains on the bed sheet, dirty wash room.Poor service apartment after spending we could have easily get a good hotel with all the facilities. Not recommended for a standard family here. Have booked from MMT checking the good review however we faced so much of issue.

Overall good experience. Pool was not in working condition when we visited on 29th Apr2025. The rooms are big enough and the balcony view is superb. You can order from Swiggy/Zomato. The beach access is the best thing. One can go in night and relax

Room is clean. The balcony was very nice as sea can be seen directly from there without any obstruction. But, main puri market is few kilometres away, but if you book scooter or bike 500 rupees/12 hours life becomes much easier, same can be parked near puri temple as well. Beach is near the hotel is mostly empty or very low crowds. Food was an issue as they don’t have any food option. There was a RO filter in our room as well. Although room was clean, it needs some maintenance that is one negative point. Behaviour of the stuffs were also good.

Peaceful and Cosy place to stay. The caretaker helped us in smooth checking. Although the in-house restaurant Pearl wasn't that good.

It was a good choice that we made to s fay at puri empires hotel. Make my trip had given a good discount in this home stay at hotel. I will mam it again my choice in my next visit also.

Stay, location is excellent, amenities are so so but the behavior of the caretaker is not satisfactory rather rude at the time of check out. Moreover services during last three nights and days were good and friendly.

I liked this property for its location. It's a home stay which is part of a hotel. They have access to a nice pool, restaurant which serves good food. It's far away from the crowded temple streets, crowded beaches. We enjoyed our stay

Apartment is located inside emperors hotel. On the beach side. Apartment has one king size bed and another sofa cum bed. Room has a small kitchen with normal kitchen facility, which we did not use. Toilet is smaller but clean. Room is cleaned daily. There is no room service, but you can go to the restaurant at ground floor, also there is a caffe which is on the beach side road. Wifi is good overall it was a great experience caretaker is good and he can be accessed by phone only.

Lovely sea view, food is nice, location excellent, no room service, restro staff not much interested in guest. My bathroom basin waste water coming out on floor. Swimming pool was nice but no food served on it. Stunning view of beach as well of hotel & swimming pool from balcony. Over all lovely stay of 4 days.
