Firstly the photos displayed in the portal are not how the rooms are in real. The amenities mentioned while booking are not present when asked for the same (dental kit, laundry service, iron, etc). I think this is how hotels at Puri earn money, by scanning tourists with fake pics and promises, and it is solely not their fault, make my trip should conduct a detailed audit on all the properties listed in their portal if the amenities described are accurate or not.
