We stayed for 1 day and booked 2 rooms ...the response from hotel was excellent. They had upgraded our stay and also allowed late checkout on request ..pushpa special dalma was excellent...currently renovation work is going on so might be little discomfort but overall stay was nice...need to encourage these hotels as they are spending on renovation for customers ...pls.also change outdated AC and furniture pls..

Hotel are under maintenance. Also electric shock feels in bathroom tap, however they changed our room but other room AC not working, they again changed our room. b Hotel are under maintenance. Location of the hotel is very good. Auto stand is very next to the hotel, approx. 50 steps away. Beach is also at close proximity. The food is absolutely wonderful and very tasty.All staffs are very courteous and helpful. The only issue of concern is that some of the staffs are constantly seated just outside the room and overhearing all the discussions happening inside the room. As the hotel is under repair and maintenance, I hope they look into the amenities inside individual rooms such as the sanitary fittings of the room, lights, fans and the cleanliness of the glass provided for drinking water. Overall stay was good.

hotel location is good. Staffs behavior good. But problem is maintained. Bathroom not clean and not maintained. water linkage in rooms. bed sheet, pillow cover not clean

The room quality is not good. the rent paid for such room should be far less than the money paid.

Good hotel but needs lot of maintenance. Specially toilets. But other wise in a very good location.

Stay was pleasant and the ambience good also walkable distance from the beach.Food was good and delicious.

Property location is very good, near to beach, but the maintenance of rooms is not good now, average rooms

We booked for 2 nights during the long weekend rush (16-18th Aug) and had no other options but to book an overpriced hotel due to the situation. Hotel Pushpa needs to improve on the below points: 1. Amenities: the rooms shown on and the real rooms vary a lot. Our room# 310 lacked basic amenities. Like, the wallpaper on the wall was torn. Bedsheets and Pillows were of poor quality. 2. Cleanliness and Hygiene: cockroaches everywhere. This place needs pest control. 3. Food/Restaurant: we suggest you Not to book the breakfast or food. Whatever we ordered and ate there was below average in terms of taste and mostly the restaurant (Rasoi restaurant) was without any customers. Pay and eat better nearby if you happen to stay in this Hotel. Pros: The only good thing is the location which is near to the beach though you will not get a sea view.

There was too much moisturizer in the hotel room,They do not give any response when you speak to the hotel owner,moischaraijar ke kaaran I went with my child and she became ill because of the moisturizer to much in hotel room......totaly bad experience....only some room service staff having good behavior...

The location is slightly backward but it is near the sea beach. The location is very good... Temple is near by and there are plenty of food places... But the quality of room is not as good as shown... Cockroach present, the AC not properly working, other wise the room is clean. The staff is very friendly. They helped us with AC prblm and changed our room but ne prblm happened that once we had to keep it on all timr

I stayed for 3 days..location was good near golden beach 3min walking distance..Rooms are very clean..staff behavior also very good ..they provide daily room service..this hotel resturent provides only veg..but non veg bengali food resturents are around like Bhojohari manna, Saptapadi, Panchforon..
