Super Hotel O Dakshin Dwar formerly Radha Krishna Niwas

The rooms and the services were not at all the same as mentioned in the hotel description there were no toiletries, wifi wasn't working and we didn't even get a proper breakfast. Only one day we got breakfast that too we had to argue with the hotel staff. Rooms were not properly maintained, not even clean. Very very poor service by the hotel management. Corridors and rooms had a very bad odour.

Excellent accommodation for single travelers always. Room was well designed for one. Staff understood solo traveler needs.

Kids learned about world community and responsibility. Hotel environment expands perspective beyond immediate family to larger human connections.

Our friend group had the best time. Staff was kind and understanding. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Wrost experience ever, late chak in process, bad room smell, bathroom is very small with dirty floor, No water bottle and equipment provided by the Hotel

The location was a bit tricky to find as it's situated deep within the lanes of Puri. The rooms were decent, though we expected them to be a bit cleaner. Overall, our stay was comfortable. However, future guests should be aware that most auto-rickshaw drivers may hesitate to go to this property, and travel costs can add up — we typically paid around ₹100 per ride, and once even ₹200 to get to the beach, as we were 4 adults and a child.

Extremely disappointed services , even after 2hrs of searching I couldn’t find the hotel, and very poor response from the hotel staff when we tried to call them for help, kindly remove this hotel

Hotel was good, staff behaviour very nice, only problem for parking, you can go by bike Car can not reach to the hotel.

The hotelier asked to check out at 8AM whereas the checkout time was 11AM (as mentioned on MMT voucher as well). MMT couldn't really help.
