Hotel Mahasuara Palace (Sea Front Hotel)

overall my stay is pleasant. Booked by MMT, their support is very good. Every hotel staff is polite & specially receptionist mr. Ranjan is my dear person. They give us 201 room at first which is small & little different compare to the picture which they will show you as an image, The room is front sea facing but it's little smaller compared to others . I booked sea facing super deluxe room front sea facing with balcony. In MMT it's always cheaper compared to the hotel price. Finally after I complained to MMT & raised this reception, I got a different room after 2 hr as 202. Which is exactly the same as the image. The view is great. But honestly saying the balcony is too small & useless. You are only able to seat alone with 1 small chair, which they don't have inside the room. Room service is very slow & sometimes you have to call them multiple times to get something. The restaurant is average, I had Lunch only one day, hence cannot comment that much about it. They have Arun ice cream in restaurant which is super. They should have more stock of icecream & display it in a more visible area. The swimming pool is very small, the water is not clean I filled, hence I have not tried. No welcome drink given as per MMT order, though next day I have seen other people got it. Hence it's upsetting. There are only 2 toiletries provided one shower gell & one body lotion. On asking they said its reduced now days, Though in MMT lot of things are written. I feel they may be treating direct booking people a little better with amenities & benefits, as MMT take more commission. overall everything is good.

All staff behaviour are very good and coperative. Room size is small but it's ok. All the hotel area is neat and clean. Food is amazing so delicious.

Great experience. Supportive staff especially Mr. Ranjan provided excellent support. Definitely worth revisiting

1. Property location is OKAY 2. Food is average but you will never get food you wish to eat there. The breakfast spread is horrible and pathetic. 3. All amenities in room are either broken or not working. For exa: Bathroom turns into swimming pool after a single bath. 4. Service is worst with no knowledge of customer dealing by all the staffs.

Worst service, pathetic rooms over all terrible property to stay at Puri

it was an terrible experience in staying at mahswaea hotel in puri...the room was very dirty,the walls are dirty,the bedsheet were dirty,the total room was dirty..i checked out on the next day..I called make my trip for the same after that the hotel people have arranged another room but still the room was dirty..my money has wasted..I want my money back .on the next day of my check in i checked out to a near by hotel. .the pillow was stinking,the bed sheets were stinking.

Location is good , but stuff behave was very bad, pool was not cleaned, the room which was shown at the time of booking , that was not provided,

Location is proximity to the sea and temple..hotel staff members are very kind and... good hospitality...

The stay was good, all the staffs were well behaved and cordial, food was good too although found it a little high priced.. the complain is only about the restaurant service. It is highly mismanaged. If you order at 1pm the food gets delivered at 4 pm . Even in complementary breakfast the refilling time was very very long.

Excellent sea view,very good quality food and very good behaviour of staff. Behaviour off Ranjan,supervisor is very cordial.

no prper entry to hotel, old building, dirty rooms compared to shown in pics. 1 star hotel but charges are for 3 star. we did not check in and stay in other hotel

Property is so congested and outside is dirty like basti. Property food is cooked with too much food colour.location good but no parking area it's a road side next property.facilities is very bad that after ordering any order they take 1 hours to deliver.at last staff said for 300 charge for washing

Room was dirty and several different kind of insects were roaming in the room and that was not expected as I was travelling with my one year old infant.

It was overall a nice stay. The behaviour of the staff were friendly and helped us all way throughout

Room is very small, Bathroom window broken, AC not working properly, Lift is not working while going 3rd floor.

Good food & Clean Rooms...great pool. I think hotel service need to do bettr .. but over all i will give 3.5star out of 5 to this hotel...
