Hotel Puri Inn

First of all they claim to be the "Hotel puri" but they are not , no power backup , light goes all the time , no lift services, u have to go through the stairs with all the luggage, worst food , worst reception service, have to call more than 5-10 times just to get breakfast , didn't give the room we booked , gave on top floor

First we expect it was hotel puri, but the name is misleading. Washroom was terrible, very poor maitanace. Cockroaches were dancing in every corner of the room. Only the food quality was good, but serving dishes were very dirty.

Room not given standard level, room condition is not good, toiletries item not given service staff not co- operate to me. Some insects are live below bed totally worst condition

No room service during two days stay we avail breakfast but no breakfast served to us. Or no refund also

very nice hotel & staffs are well behaved. other facilities like Taxi services are also very good

Only staff behaviour is good for this hotel others are worst

It was a dharamshala type place not a hotel. Nothing is available within room except a bed with hard uncomfortable mattress mad dirty bedsheet pillow cover fully filled with mosquitoes. No hot water and toiletries available within room

Rooms are ok. But hot water not provided. Food is ok but no dining room, food supplied in rooms.

Pathetic condition, over priced charges not recommend

Hotel staff behaviour is extremely good. We had a pleasant stay and all pur calls were promptly answered and all help was provided.

Hotal is nice staff is also good

Hot water was not available in the room. U had to ask for a bucket of hot water then the hotel staff will bring it to your room to that too a half of bucket. Location is good.

Hotel puri inn, puri is very good, the staff mainly the receptionist and manager are very friendly, bed room, bath room is very good, it is situated in a very well place, walk able distance from sea-beach, bus stops. Very very satisfactory staying experience in this hotel and booking through mmt(make my trip) is very easy and trusted.

Room and room service both are very good and house keeping staff & hotel management is helping hands

Cleaning was very good and hygienic condition of room. Room toilet was very well design &cleaning condition

I have booked first time a non-ac room due to some health issue. But what a hotel with well courteous behaviour of all staffs including manager Prakash. Not a sea facing hotel but really very near to beach just 2 min walk. Couldn't taste the food as eaten outside. In small budget will get more than your expectations like-very clean room, all toiletries, very clean bathroom, well mannered staff n manager very helpful at every aspect. I am writing and giving my time for review specially because this type of small budget hotel must be known for all traveller.

Good hotel. Clean room having little dirty bed. Little hesitated seeing some bikini girls in the hotel late night attending a party with loud speakers, near my room as i was with my family members. Guest with family members should not be provided room in that floor if any party is scheduled for.

Good food, good locality, near to beach

It is a budget hotel. Rooms are good. Food not upto mark.
