Niladri Sea Facing Hotel

It was very good experience to stay in Niladri hotel . Staff are very cooperative and helpful. Food is also good and the hotel is near to sea beach so I recommend this to all who want to stay near beach and want to enjoy the trip.

I had recently gone to this hotel with my family. The experience right from the check-in was terrible. We were charged for a sea facing room and what we got was a ground floor room without a balcony and zero views. You will get several better rooms for 5500 per night. The food was terrible. We had ordered for a Mutton dish, a Chicken dish and an Egg dish - All had the same gravy. No taste at all. Coming to the rooms - dirty linen, old furnitures, walls that have been painted at least a year back. Lastly the service. Pathetic. From the person at the reception to the manager, ill-mannered to the core! There are way better hotels in Puri. Please avoid this one. Oh I almost forgot... This hotel had a swimming pool. I have traveled extensively in and outside of India, but haven’t come across a hotel which charged its residents 150/person each time you used the pool. Simply unbelievable!

Worst experience. Very bad staff. And dirty room

Room was very small Asking for extra charges for swimming pool Expensive as other hotels were providing much better facilities for the same or lower price I would have got much better hotel i have tried offline or through another contact 😕

Food was excellent Location is excellent & overall facilities also very good

The room offered was not at all as indicated in the booking voucher. No center table, no seating chair, no kingsize bed. The AC was leaking and room flooded with water. I asked for change of room which they agreed with an extra payment of . Water supply in the bathroom was very poor, for a bucket of water one has to wait for 10 minutes. Room not provided with sufficient number of power points for charging mobile, ipad, laptop, etc. However food quality is very good

Manager behaviour is very rude , room size is very small & food quality not upto the mark .

First of all every hotel in Puri is over priced viz-a-viz the facilities they offer. If you seek for a sea facing room they charge high. I have booked an economy room for 2 days @Rs. 9500/-. It's quite a high price but when I finally checked in they I found that the room was small and they suggested that I upgrade and I have paid extra Rs.2800 /- . so the room cost me 6150/- per night. The facilities were not at all good. No tea coffee bags , kettle etc..So the room was big but not worth 6000/- per night. staff are good. No lift facility. Maintenance of the Room was not to the expectation. Very small room and clothes are not clean. Location is very good.

compare to rate, hotel room are very small, toilet is not at satisfactory room was booked with breakfast with quite high charges but limited breakfast with two three varieties and restricted amount, overall very poor Hotel interms of price that has been changed

Niladri Hotel is very good property. Absolutely sea facing with good stuff. The service is good. All kinds of indian food is available here. Very relaxing place. It can be recommended for every one.

The room was untidy. the water mug in the bathroom had something yellow 🟡 stained on it. 🤮🤧 I don't even want to talk about it. you know it if you know it ...what the yellow thing was. cleanness 0/100, food =5/10, ambiance=7.5/10 the worst room I have ever stayed in my life

Location is good . Rooms are also ok type but the manager is horrible. He shouted unnecessarily with the guest and very rude behavior and i am with family feel unsafe. I will never visit again.

It's an age old building unmaintained and not sanitized. lots of mosquitos, smelly washroom. no lift, no balcony, poor quality food. there is no lift also. at Rs. 4800 per night not recommended

location of the property was good food was also good the only drawback of this hotel is there is no balcony with room

Stay was good, Hotel service was very good.Breakfast was average but good. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

Everything was awesome

They offered a very tiny side sea facing room and a room in the rear side. On query with hotel authority, they discouraged booking through MMT instead asked for direct booking for getting sea facing rooms. They charged a hefty sum to change rooms
