Review Of Hotel Mahasuara Palace (Sea Front Hotel)

Location is good , but stuff behave was very bad, pool was not cleaned, the room which was shown at the time of booking , that was not provided,

The stay was good, all the staffs were well behaved and cordial, food was good too although found it a little high priced.. the complain is only about the restaurant service. It is highly mismanaged. If you order at 1pm the food gets delivered at 4 pm . Even in complementary breakfast the refilling time was very very long.

Excellent sea view,very good quality food and very good behaviour of staff. Behaviour off Ranjan,supervisor is very cordial.

no prper entry to hotel, old building, dirty rooms compared to shown in pics. 1 star hotel but charges are for 3 star. we did not check in and stay in other hotel

Property is so congested and outside is dirty like basti. Property food is cooked with too much food colour.location good but no parking area it's a road side next property.facilities is very bad that after ordering any order they take 1 hours to deliver.at last staff said for 300 charge for washing

Room was dirty and several different kind of insects were roaming in the room and that was not expected as I was travelling with my one year old infant.

It was overall a nice stay. The behaviour of the staff were friendly and helped us all way throughout

Room is very small, Bathroom window broken, AC not working properly, Lift is not working while going 3rd floor.

I had a very positive experience at the Mahasura Palace. The hotel itself is lovely, and the room service and reception staff were both cooperative and showed great manners, managing all requests with politeness. The only problem I encountered was the complete lack of internet access. My Jio mobile network had no signal in the room, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was not working.

best location, service was good.. resturent was also good. ... but entrance part narrow and dirty... and welcome drinks and snkas not provided... otherwise hotel very good .... swimming poll fantastic.

Very bad experience.. food rates are so high... no welcome drink....pool is not maintained properly.. no staff beside pool.. sanitary napkin was in pool.. not going to suggest anyone

its located in puri near swardduar beach. staff is very good, friendly. their rooms are also very good.

Room quality needs to be improved. Small fridge is nit capable to cold any things. There is no one in the swimming pool area, to guide anything. Lots of people drinking alcohol and irritated others guest.no staff come to stop them

We have booked 1 nos stander room (room no 108) 16 july 2025 to 18 july 2025 rooms for 2 days paying buffet  and our experience is very bad. 1. Entire hotel is dark. Lights are there in the lobby but they are not switched on to save electricity. 2. Very poor service receptionist and room not cleaning 3. Entire hotel is like a cage. No way to pass the air or sunlight.  4. AC is not working properly in our rooms  5. Service is very poor. 6. Food quality is below the average but it's costly. 7. Resturent manager behaviour very bad. 8.don't go the hotel resturent . Please don't waste your money booking this hotel

very bad experince in hotel... wastage of money.. Room are very small and nasty... No any clear entrance ... Pic of hotel upload in make my trip are totally different.... Pls avoid to book this hotel,
