The property was very good with good access to swimming pool and beach nearby, even the food was good.

Nice hotel and near to beach, you will get good food and breakfast here. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Location is okay. It is near to beach side. Just a minute or so. Food was good we loved the foods. Services provided by the stuffs are also good. Amenities is something that I want to talk about : sea facing room means you need to get out of your room, stand in balcony and watch see beach. Also room will be small for 3 people when you will expand the sofa-cum-bed. The distance from mandir and market will make you think twice for next stay over here. Toto rent is towards mandir or market is 100-150 (One side) and the distance is around 3 kms. Also police don’t allow to enter totos / autos in market area in evening time.

Beautiful stay.service is best.restaurant also one of the best in the city.

Rooms are average, A very good budget hotel with a swimming pool, Probably it is the best budget hotel in Puri with Swimming pool, and location is also good as it is very close to the beach and a bit away from the hustle bustle of Puri.

Hotel Sapphire International gave me one of the best of memories in hotel stay. Beautiful location, excellent food and excellent behavior of the staff

The hotel is near Puri Railway Station and takes only 10 minutes to reach by auto. It is also close to the sea beach. The food is good, and the amenities and services are satisfactory.

poor,unhygien,congested rooms,no lift,unpleasant smell in bathroom.its a 500 per day cost hotel.do not stay here

All rooms were damp,ac not working at 16deg celcius,rooms were getting automatically wet...... manager was not returning our money....after we complained to MMT representative then the hotel owner decided to deduct 1day fare and were forced by MMT to return our money.

1. The Pool was dirty during my stay. 2. The room had a bad smell of cigarette smoke. 3. The washroom hasn't cleaned. Also the paint of the washroom and cubbored was poor. 4. The room service was delayed even if you ask for warm water they were taking 45 min. Somehow with the help of makemytrip, I was able to change my initial provided room since I do not have the option to switch in another hotel. The worst decision I made was to book hotel sapphire international during a family trip.

hotel location is little bit inside from main road,but it's very good as don't link crown mainly when I was with family. all staffs including front office,house keeping,room service and restaurant very polite. food is good,but they don't serve nonveg in breakfast,but in lunch and dinner they serve.according to me veg items is much better then nin veg. quantity wise very good. and plus advantage is they have two different swimming for kids and for adults. over all very good service.and good hotel,and sea beach is about 150 mts only.

The location of the hotel is in a clumsy road, NOT in the Golden beach as claimed. In fact it's too far from the golden beach, Puri. Rooms are too small, not properly clean. Terrible room service and average food. We ordered chilly paneer and it was so so spicy that my daughter couldn't even eat it. The breakfast was just average, few options therein. Location of the swimming pool is so much visible to outside that many inmates will hesitate to use it. Overall a bad experience in the hotel as per it's price

Very nice property. Connected to the beach. Very clean and big rooms. Provided more than enough space for 3 adults and 1 child. Room service was fast. Swimming pool was good. In house restaurant was great. Ample varieties in breakfast buffet. Provided baby food on demand also. Very courteous staff. All in all a very good stay.

Location is good, 2 min walking from the sea beach, 4km from jagannath temple. Food is average. We have asked for early check-in (it was mentioned in our booking details also. But still we have to wait 3hours for our room. We have connected to the property over the phone call night before our arrival. Over call they said okay. When we reach we have to. We get our room around 11pm.

Room was not good. Toilets are not hygiene. Location also very inside. Only the staff are nice and food was good.
