The shower door was not clean,Tv was not dated away need to ask for things the towels were so bad after telling them there were changes made the hotel can atleast take care of hygiene.

Had an amazing stay at Gold Coast Beach Resort! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Really appreciated the quick check-in and the friendly attitude of everyone we interacted with. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to for my next Puri trip.

Our family getaway at Gold Coast Beach Resort was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is calm and family-friendly, and the rooms were neat with all basic amenities in place. The service was prompt, and the staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The beach is just minutes away, which made it easy for us to enjoy morning and evening walks. Great value for money and a pleasant experience overall.

Property was poorly maintained. The owner of the hotel seems to have lost interest in the upkeep of the place. I also came to know that they are planning to build another property in the vicinity. That could be another reason why this place is not liveable. The restaurant service is existent only for name sake. The location of this place is great and there are much better hotels in the vicinity with far superior conditions. The pictures attached with the property is misleading. These pictures seem to from the times when the rooms were new. Right now you will not find anything what shown in the pictures. Please avoid this place unless you have no other place to go.

1. Rooms are over priced. 2. Its a 12 year old property.Maintanance was not upto the mark. 3. I BOOKED A TWIN BED But staff asked me whats wrong and gave me a double bed. I WAITED FOR THEM TO SEPARATE THE BED and 10 15 minutes was wasted during that process.. 4.Comod was not clean.. Shower section glass was almost broken.. Tap was broken.. 5. I ordered 6 chapatis.. I was served 5.Later i was given one as i was told that staff forgot to give 6. When I asked for extra chapati i was told kitchen is closed. We were given complementary coffee in the morning.. Food was Ok. There was a little view of ocean from the window..which very soon will be lost when there will be a new building infront. Room was big and specious.. Furniture everywhere was old and not maintained properly. Lack of seasoned hospitality was everywhere.It seemed the property was running with make shift manpower. It is not on the beach rather it is away from the beach and in service road.

The rooms were impressively spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after our outings. The cleanliness of the toilets stood out as well, a detail we truly appreciated. Come morning, we were greeted with a satisfying breakfast spread, but what really stole the show was the morning tea: simple, refreshing, and just the perfect start to the day. Altogether, it was a pleasant and restful stay, and we would be happy to return for another getaway by the sea.

Not so good hotel, with less detail to cleanliness and hygiene. Overpriced because of proximity to Sea. Breakfast is average.

1) breakfast - bad service, sub-par food quality 2) poor overall hygiene bathrooms - needed cleaning, shower partions need serious cleaning 3) hallways littered with old furniture, beds, matresses and laundry 4) poor room service service 5) area surrounding this property littered with trash 6) unprofessional untrained staff overall - very disappointed with experience. Small and simple things could improve the experience if the management and staff have the desire.

Very bad experience. Nothing was organised. Room was having pungent smell. Only one item present in breakfast. Ordered dinner and it was served after 2 hrs. Only positive about this hotel was it near to beach. No lift present

Its a very old hotel. Looks like they haven't spent single penny to maintain the property. Bare minimum thing are also not maintained like wash basin pipes was not there, instead they put the dustbin down. Ac was not working properly. In breakfast they just had 2-3 dishes. Vey bad experience.

The staffs are very co-operative, services are overall nice, overall comfortable stay at a nice location.
