Very very worst hotel showing photos but not good hotel and high cost taken

1. Rooms were unclean. 2. Cigarette butts were found in toilets. 3. No proper Wi-Fi connections. 4. Rooms do not have network coverage. 5.Felt like property is still working on its interiors. 6. I booked 2 rooms for 3 people with breakfast but hotel provided only 1 person breakfast on the first day only. Rest days we did not even get that 1 breakfast. 7. Complained customer care about it and they were supposed to call back but they forgot as always. Only positive thing was hotels distance from Puri temple which was our priority. The rest was just pathetic.

Room is smaller than the images... Also bathroom was not very clean... Good staff...

Poor room. Photos shared. Staff rude and unhelpful. No facilities at alll. Very small room with no space.

hotel was average, bedsheets, towels and blankets were not clean. but the stay was near to the temple. staff were good. even though the staff boy did not provide any service, was asking for tips.

The house small keeping/front office boy was excellent and i really liked his service,he was always ready to clean wherever required or requested actually unable to meet him at checkout.couldnt able to give him any tips for the service.

Mr bikas ,hotel manager is very supportive ,hotel is nearby paschim gate of puri temple.

location: they say 9 min but they dont tell no transport will come to hotel. It will cut you off For even reaching 1km rickshaw will charge 100rs Rooms: 12x12 including bathroom so very congested facilities: no restaurant, no staff, they did not even give towels ! I asked thrice from evening and till checkout next day I did not get! Hotel staff: Its basically home transformed to hotel and local boys becoming staff. So no basic manners as well! They charge even for drinking water, he will say tap water ais not good for drinking I will buy you bisleri simply a loot/corruption in staff. cm phone network 0 inside rooms only good thing walkable to temple but there are many such hotels so dont worry ! Total waste of your hard earned money

It was on 2rd floor I asked to cancel it my parents can’t not climb up upto third floor but they denied also it took 2 hours to find location still I am waiting for cancellation confirmation I asked make my trip agent to cancel it but no update

Lovely experience! The hotel was quaint, and the room was warm. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel like home.

The bed was soft and comfortable with plush pillows that made waking up in the morning a chore here.

Free bottled water, snacks, and smart TV had me chilling comfortably in the room away from the stress.

I really enjoyed the place. The environment in the palace and around it was amazing and pleasing. It was filled with free plants and gardens.
