The property location was great , just a few minutes of walk from the beach. The food quality is good and the rooms were clean . wifi was not working well though.

yes it was a good experience but we need some more as customer delight, spending 5000 per night I feel there is something else can be done like if the breakfast was not able to be used then as delight there must be a given a chance for either lunch or dinner

Hotel is Good, MMT App is unreliable.

The hotel is good but MMT is a fake Booking app & Non Reliable. Do not book anything through MMT. I had booked the hotel for a special price shown in the MMT, but the hotel told that there is some error in the booking price and mistakes done by the MMT which was again confirmed by the MMT executive. Hotel told, the booking has been cancelled by the MMT. Since, I was about to check in to visit puri temple, I had to pay an additional 3200 for a new booking at the Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during Durga Puja and had an excellent experience! The property has a nice multi-cuisine restaurant — the food is really good. Must try the Murgh Musallam, it’s absolutely delicious! The hotel also has a lift facility, which makes it convenient for everyone. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. A special mention to Deepanjana Madam at the front desk — she was extremely helpful and courteous from day one. Also, Jagannath Da, Bichitra Da, and many others made our stay comfortable with their warm hospitality.

Stayed at this hotel on 3-4th October, which is peak holiday season at Puri. The hotel, besides strategically located centrally near the beach, is an excellent property and enjoyed staying there. Room,staff, and food everything was very good. I would love to stay again the next time.

I traveled with family and stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. I am very satisfied with the services and amenities. Everything whatever mentioned worked perfectly. Location wise, 2 mins walk from Hotel, we actually went for post dinner beach walk as well. Food - They can compete with any top star restaurant, Quality, Quantity, Taste and authenticity - too good. only problem i faced check out time. if your return (kolkata) in Vande Bharat you have to wait in reception for good 3/4 hrs.
