HOTEL AMBIKA PALACE, 150mtrs FROM GOLDEN BEACH

Food quality needs to improve as per price tags. Room service as per maintiond in all washroom kit not not available. Brake fast buffet price need to be reduced.

I traveled with family and stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. I am very satisfied with the services and amenities. Everything whatever mentioned worked perfectly. Location wise, 2 mins walk from Hotel, we actually went for post dinner beach walk as well. Food - They can compete with any top star restaurant, Quality, Quantity, Taste and authenticity - too good. only problem i faced check out time. if your return (kolkata) in Vande Bharat you have to wait in reception for good 3/4 hrs.

Stay was very good. Cleanliness was maintained . The staff was very cooperative. Food and breakfast served was of good quality.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall it was a good stay. It is near to the beach which makes the location very convenient. Food in the restaurant was nice, especially tandoori items.

Not worth as the cost changes. Very stinky drain smells sound the hotel. No hand towel. Bath and toilet is not separate as shower water filled the bathroom all day till it get dried by natural. Entertainment setup box not working. Room service phone call never attended. Hotel cost should be 20% than the price they charge considering the location, facilities and service.

everything was fine ,no problem to get the hotel location and food was good and service was good . whenever we ask for service for food and others required things we got soon and their communication with guests which was acceptable.

Food was good. Location also. But service was not good. Tv was not working. They did not resolve the issue even after several follow up.

Very Bad Experience. Promised Deluxe Room for 3, but gave very small Room which can accomodate 2 people only. The locality was very conjested. Even car hesitant to come here. Food : Gave Rotten Pompret. Will not recommend anyone. Very Bad experience.

The property is really awesome. We had a comfortable stay here at Ambika Palace. The food in the restaurant is really good. They follow all hygiene to serve the food. The quantity and quality of the food is something beyond our explanation. The staffs of the property are very friendly and always available on request. Overall, Ambika Palace is a worth to stay Hotel in the Puri. Best experiences gathered. Thanks to Ambika Palace for their hospitality.

the lady at reception seemed very rude. morning 5AM was my checkout. nobody came to take the luggage. no one took the responsibility at reception. I informed the reception and the guard a night before to book a commutation for me. no boday did that too. last moment they had the courage to ask for tip

The the stay in the hotel is good and staff are polite. Food is decent and room service is good. But disadvantage is it's locality this is near to beach but the road is too tight for cars. Overall rating is 3.5 out of 5

Stayed for four nights. The room is OK but not a premier one. There's no hanger in the wardrobe. No dental kit is found. The only window in the room can't be opened. As such it is stuffy even with AC, because fresh air can't enter the room anytime. My review about Hotel Ambika Palace Our stay in the hotel was for four nights. The room no. 402 was good but not a premier one. There was no window to be opened wide for fresh air anytime. Thus it is stuffy even with AC. There was no hanger in the wardrobe. We didn't find any dental kit in the room. The breakfast was good but the food served in lunch and dinner was not tasty and proper. The dining halls were with flies disturbing us to take food. No action was taken to avoid it. The location of the hotel is good though the approach road is narrow resulting to leave the car well away from the hotel and to cover the rest of the path on foot.

The food from the restaurant are of great taste with affordable prices.. the only negative points goes to the washroom as there are no exhaust available and this makes the washroom wet for most of the time. definately suggest and will definately stay at this place in futur the property is very close to seq beach. one of the best stay in Puri.
