fantastic experience.. staffs are very polite, though I felt food price is little bit higher side but quality and quality...superb. Location is just marvellous. Just infront of main Sea beach. Anyone can see the sea waves 24 houres while in attached balcony or in bed. Food is quite tasty, hotel cleanliness was fantastic. Lift facility , Jagannath darshan arrangement, staff behaviour polite. Over all I will rate 5 out of 5 in my 5 nights stay in Crystal Bay Hotel. Remember book via Make my trip to avoid any fraud.

Due to my Medical emergency I am not able to attend the Hotel today. I cancelled my booking day before yesterday. The Refund is not Credited to my account. Your Executive talked with me yesterday for arranging the Refund amount after taking with the Hotel. Sir, I am not able to go Puri due to my sudden illness. Location: excellent. Tariff: overpriced room condition: rooms are relatively small compared to the tariff, clean but door locks are non-functional, some portion of walls are damped. Food: good, price is reasonable but many items mentioned in menu are not available. Complementary breakfast: choice among only 3-4 options. Behaviour of hotel front desk is very very rude.

businessExtremely overpriced as compared to the property, amenities and services. I was billed for 2 nights which was absolutely not worth. no space at all, water logged in the bathroom, no hot water when needed, taps don’t work, suddenly there’s a gush of boiling water flowing from all the taps without any control feature (It almost burned me while taking shower, this is due to very low maintenance by the hotel staff). No breakfast was served even if it was included in the bill, restaurant doesn’t have much availability (better to have food from nearby restaurants, there are lot of better options available within 200-500 mts from the hotel). The only good thing about the hotel was its location. Just to add on – I have already stayed in this hotel in 2022 and was highly impressed then, it was new and was promising as compared to other old hotels in that chain. But now, it’s definitely not going to be in the choice list !!
