Room is good but waahroom is not that great. Further water bottles that are provided is filled from RO

all things are good but wifi was not working both days. and room and all things proper cleaned by staff.

Ac not working and worker are Allways argue with me

Located just 5mins away from temple. The hotel was clean and the staff was very cooperative. The room was clean and washroom was also clean. Soap and shampoo was provided.

I travelled with family but they provide room separate floor I also requested but they are not helped

Hotel is situated in a narrow gulli(Narrow road) only a autoriksa can reach. Tample is at walkable distance also sea beach is reachable by e Riksa . staff at hotel is ok in behavior, my room was ok with few points be considered for improvement.. 1. TV available but non operational 2. Geiser a available in was room but non operational. 3. AC working with lot of noise and disturbances. 4. changing of Lenin is on request, no at there own. 5. House keeping is on request

Very hard to find in narrow lanes of puri. Rooms where not clean and there were plastic bottles in the whole property

The property location was found through auto- driver. It is well close to connecting road of temple - sea beach . Both temple and sea beach are nearby and in walkable distance, hence in this trip we enjoyed a lot. Food is not available in Narmada Bhawan, but it is available in different restaurants close to the Bhawan. Amenities and services were also good.

The hotel was not clean, basic needs were also not provided like towel, hot water etc for everything we have to chase to the ward boy

There is no restaurant facility in hotel. Staffs are helpful. Overall good experience but there is a problem in hotel's bathroom flush.

Sab thik tha but AC ka problem rha mere sath Batane ke bad bhi koi response nhi tha Baki sab thik tha.

Room was neat and clean, enough space and facilities provided at minimum price. Food was terrible of ashray restaurant.

first of all they didn't know , I had already booked from mmt week ago. checked in time 10 : 30 am. they allotted room around at 11 :30 am. A.C. of 2 out of 5 rooms was not working properly. plus point : they allow our bags to their property after check out time 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The room service is very bad and the staff is not available on time , gust house looks like a mention house

we have a lot of problems 1) lack of sufficient water for bathing 2) No good drinking water 3) WIFI 4) frequent power outages
