Review Of Hotel Sonargaon

Very weird hotel to stay. we booked hotel about 4 pm evening and they asked to check out early at 7 am. when we asked for extention they are asking for 300/- per hour. Owner lady is to rude and cruel. Cleanliness and rest things are not upto the mark. Highly not recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. This is my 2nd stay at this place. The rooms were neat and clean, housekeeping staff were well behaved, and the rooms rates were not too high. And the food was actually very good. I think this is the first time that I didn't go outside for lunch or dinner. Overall a very good experience. 👌

The stuffs were very helping and they were behaving nicely. The room was neat and clean. The facilities were up to the mark worth of money.

Best service provided along with clean room

Very rude behaviour of Staff and very strict regarding check out. If your checkout is late then they start throwing your bag. Very Pathetic of Family trip. Be think twice before booking this hotel.

Location is not good for aged people like us.Both sea & madir is far from the property, by foot. Room attendant Malay babu wasvery much helpful. Room was stuffy, no ventilator was there, otherwise not bad. Food was average. Spicy for us.

The room were good but hospitality can be better. Firstly they had this annoying attitude that they are the best hotel. We had a train at 8 pm so we asked if they could extend the checkout time a little or if they could provide us with a new room. They lied to us saying all rooms are booked but we can see some room vacant. I was even willing to pay for the whole day for small room. Because of this we have to stay at lobby till 6pm since they have checkout time of 7am. Drinking water contained the hair of someone.

Location good, food average, bad service. not good drinking water and uncleaned glass at room. Parking not avaliable and hotel cheating customers by writing avaliable parking. Be alert don't book this hotel if traveling by own car. Paid parking is very costly here.

Everything was awesome. Hotel is in good location. Staff was good. Hotel surrounding was very good

location is very approachable, staff is friendly and amicable. overall is good for stay. near to golden beach and near to Puri Jagannath temple

Our Room was not good like it was showing in mmt website.Hotel Location is good.food we haven't tried.It was like resident was converted into hotel room,not feeling like staying in hotel.AC was small according to the room area.bathroom was also like old style.Blankets are lying on bed just like in home.

Stay was good. Location wise also good. Food was good for those who like less spicy like me. Staff was friendly.

Kudos to the management by providing good hospitality, environment, Food arrangement with proper transport guidance , excellent room service and mouthwatering food. It was one of the best hotel experience.

It's not a 3* hotel even it's lower than normal Hotel. so dirty smells very bad through out the rooms and restrooms. not even get a drinking water. nothing served to guests not even a welcome or anything such. worst experience ever in my life Being a OYO hotel it's not described about the hotel in detail.

Good one, food is also available, property is near the temple too, rooms are clean, staff is attentive.

The experience was not very good. There was tremendous amount of mis-communication. Without asking they combined two rooms bill into one just becuase we happened to be friends in two rooms. Even after specifically telling the person serving the room to make different bills, they combined the two for reason that I did not tell the manager. So you need to tell every person in the hotel for any issues? Also the facilities are 1*. Bulbs not functioning in bathroom, to tv not working, to no free bottled water to pathetic food taste. I think it was a poor experience.

Hotel is very clean and staff is also so quiet

everything was smooth, in room service snd food was quite amazing and tasty.loved it location was its in centre and within reach to all prime spots
