Hotel Sonargaon

Good one, food is also available, property is near the temple too, rooms are clean, staff is attentive.

The experience was not very good. There was tremendous amount of mis-communication. Without asking they combined two rooms bill into one just becuase we happened to be friends in two rooms. Even after specifically telling the person serving the room to make different bills, they combined the two for reason that I did not tell the manager. So you need to tell every person in the hotel for any issues? Also the facilities are 1*. Bulbs not functioning in bathroom, to tv not working, to no free bottled water to pathetic food taste. I think it was a poor experience.

Hotel is very clean and staff is also so quiet

everything was smooth, in room service snd food was quite amazing and tasty.loved it location was its in centre and within reach to all prime spots

I had a very bad experience at Hotel Sonargaon in Puri. The hotel staff is very rude, location is inconvenient and rooms are very poor in hygiene

The staff was friendly and nice. The food was tasty too. Overall it was a pleasant stay at this place.

the hotel was good but but it's was so much inside despiting given information that the temple is only 1km and the washroom jetspray is fit without even thinking that how can a person use it and the quality of blanket was poor ...

I really didn’t like the stay. There’s no proper amenities given, asked for towels & tissues then he provided towels only. No Wi-Fi given until we asked thrice. Food order tray was very dirty and unhygienic. Cups were very dirty. Also out of 2 night stays- 1 night dinner came very late and reason he mentioned that rice were not available. Totally waste and location was too good.

Good place. good services and Ambience. pocket friendly. The only problem was that the bathrooms didn't have an exhaust or ventilation.

The bed linen were dirty when we entered the room ,we told them to change them still after changing the bed linen were dirtier ...they did not even provide a towel even after asking They did not even clean the room the whole time we stayed and the room was very insufficiently lightened

Room doesn't have a good ventilation. Too much of heat and the price we can get better stays ..
