My overall experience at your hotel was average. The location of the property is good, but I faced some issues during my stay: On the first day, the room quality was not up to the mark for a deluxe room. The toilet and room floor were wet, as if just cleaned with phenyl, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the floor. The toilets were also not properly cleaned on the first day. On the second day, the room was better in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. There was no working telephone extension service in both rooms on both days, which caused inconvenience. I hope you will take note of these issues and improve the overall guest experience. Thank you.

No good option for vegetarian lot of non veg smell and pest (cochroaches) in room

There is no proper parking space, after booking the room I had a talk with the manager, he assured me that there will be no issues regarding parking. But in this long weekend means from 14th to 17th many guests came via car and there was no space for car parking. washroom was quite dirty filthy needs improvement , real improvement required. Room is ok atleast I can say tv ac was working properly. there is electricity issues as well and lift won't work during power outage. food is not expensive but not tasty as well. lack of staffs, I stayed for three days no swipper came to clean the bathroom. the dormitory space is quite dirty , bread pieces were there whole day outside the lift. overall as I booked during the rush hour, price was reasonable I booked it seeing the reviews ok. but the parking issue is there because not all hotels provide parking spaces. and as well keeping the car in the road, someone's car got damaged as well during my stay.

Suit room are stufy, full of cocroahes & flies . front desk unprofessional, supporting staffs are polite. ac good, attached restaurant is not up to the mark. Location is ok. market nearby

we did not pre book any hotel prior to the puri vacation..was having difficulty getting a budget hotel with good ambience. opened the mmt explore for a bit and got it.

Everything is good. But nrrd to pest control. Some small cockroach was found in my 2 suite rooms.(303&304). Food was average. Keep it up for the future. Hope, we will be visit again.

Rooms in the ground floor have coackroach problem. Potentially because the kitchen is adjacent. Appreciate pest control.

Our recent stay at Hotel Renaissance was a letdown. While the hotel's cleanliness was average, we were shocked to spot cockroaches on the floor. However, the real disappointment was the in-house restaurant. The kitchen was infested with lizards and rats, which was unacceptable. Our dinner orders, Mix Veg and Butter Roti, were subpar. The roti was undercooked on one side, and when we brought it to the staff's attention, they seemed unbothered. The billing person also didn't take any action. The staff's nonchalant attitude was concerning. Given the unsanitary conditions and poor service, I would advise others to explore alternative options. Hope this helps.

Good food, good room, good view of Jagannath Mandir from rooftop. Near to market. Very clean food is also tasty.

I have stayed here and this place is really good and the whole experience was excellent, the food was excellent, rooms are extremely good, I would recommend everyone to stay here.

One of the best hotels rather cheap and best hotels in puri. The location is easy to find the service and amenities are also very good.

hotel staff behave are to pathetic. my check in time 8am , but i check in 1.30pm. after that i am waiting 1 hours for room cleaning. i stay 3 days , this time they are no change the bed sheet & also pillow cover. even many time to request the reception for cleaning the toilet, but they are no initiative. even after raining water are licking by the window and spread the water in whole room. i complain for this purpose but they are given me a towel to take this licking. i don't expect this type of service. i really disappointed. bcoz my mind is very disturbed about this hotel. i don't come any more in this hotel further. and i requested to every one don't book this hotel any more.
