The room size is less than 50 sqft. Offline booking is way cheaper than online booking because people can get Sea facing rooms with lots of space. The water shortage problem was resolved by more than 7 hours and makemy trip team had no responsibility for that they only offer coupon code.

The food was good, but the room was very small, not clean, and felt suffocating...

The hotel was pathetic. The front office staff, certain housekeeping staff, certain f&b staff were outright bad characters. The rooms were smelly, matchbox sized, dirty, stained and the linen had hair and stain marks. The front office staff were utterly cold, never smiling, condescending in their replies and had zero empathy. It felt like they didn't give a shit about their guests as their jobs were somehow secure. particularly from Front Office was the worst of the lot. We had asked for a room upgrade and wanted to pay extra for that but all he said was there weren't any rooms empty whereas 3 families booked rooms infront of us at the reception during our stay and magically got rooms. The hotel was at partial occupancy really. The hotel was very unkept, dirty, had water seeping from everywhere and looked as if they didn't bother cleaning it. On the other hand Joga and Ajay from F&B were real heroes. Joga always helped me with my icepack as I am recovering from a surgery and needed my icepack twice everyday. He was always smiling. Ajay from the restaurant was very attentive to details and served us very well everytime we dined at the restaurant. He attended to my grandmother like his own. The headchef was a very polite and a soft spoken person and the food was delicious, specially their north Indian cuisine. He even made homestyle fish curry for my 86 year old grandma. We had asked for check-out time extension for 1 room on the last day as my mother got viral fever and were ready to pay some amount for that, they outright asked us to pay an entire day's rent and later told us to leave at 12 in the afternoon so that they wouldn't charge. Inhumane treatment by the front office staff. The food, Ajay and Joga made up for the shambolic excuse of a hotel Pulin Puri is. We were made to feel that because we had booked rooms through MMT, the hotel didn't want to attend to us.

the stay was good but the house keeping service was not at all up to the mark, expected a better hospitality, and as for the food the quality was good but the staffs where not professional, wouldnot provide water, had to ask for evry single thing from water to tissue papers

Except location nothing is good. no service at all . room is too small & paint was damage / dropped from celling to bed. no ventilation in room.. from bathroom lavatory gas is comming all time & that too room also . it's a horrible experienced. I am regular user of make my trip & experienced is good with make my trip & believe that make my trip tie up hotel will be some standard. but this hotel change my idea. Request to make my trip to review the hotel standard before tie up with this kind of hotel.

The property room are very small in size, food hygiene is very poor as the serving plates are found lying for hours near the dustbin, approached by cats, extra charged for person has been planned in my case but no bills has been provided, restaurant adjacent songs of Bengal serving stale food , restaurant does not responds timely and also doesn't have the food mentioned as per the menu, charges are really high then the nearby hotels

Rooms are too small. Alloted room was at the remote backside. Pulin Puri degrade our booking with u. Resultantly I got no sea facing room.

Most Terrible place and the room service is the worst. I am not going to suggest anyone to stay there . The rooms are too small and the service is too bad .

The decoration was good. But the room was very small. There wasn't enough room for the two of us. Sometimes the housekeeping staff wasn't reachable via their phone. I had spend 6k+ (excluding food) for 2 night stay. Not worth the price.

Very bad service from the hotel staff, late reply on orders from the hotel room, poor maintenance and behaviour of hotel staff.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went solo and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off .Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go with this Pulin Puri
