Room is specious, comfortable. Service is good. Walkable distance from temple . Rooftop restaurant with a great view .

its been great time ahead with The Royal Grand Heritage Hotel. The Rooms is neat and clean with hygienic food and good hospitality with excellent accommodation. The Hotel staff is friendly and it is situated on the superb location. Temple is nearby it's around 1.5 km just walking distance u can enjoy the grand road while going to the Jagannath temple

Overall I rate 3 star . 1. For family it’s not good stay . They Valle some 8 to 9 times to check out . My check out is 10 am , they called me from 10:15 to 11:30 9 times . In the meanwhile when i stayed I requested Baby food mixing just it’s mixing from the mixer , they make me wait 20 to 25 min just to mix . Water bottle chargeable , food is expensive , they give non veg at mandir place . The place is not location to stay for mandir stay. When u check out the towels was stained with turmeric just because I went from temple , for that they said they will change me for stain, I Said I may not, once they check from manager and the manager said no need and apologised , Finally I kept my luggage and bit roamed and came and requested for 30 min room , I insisted to change me, still they denied .. though they had a room . I never suggest a good family members who are outsiders to come and stay here .

The restaurant food quality has deteriorated greatly, rooms arent as clean and comfy as they used to be

We had a pleasant stayat hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The service was smooth and we really appreciated the hospitality. Overall, it was a good experience and we would consider staying here again. With some points girst the checkout timming is too early its 10 o clock. And secondly we were having a bad exp with hotel driver Unfortunately, our experience with the driver arranged for our airport drop was very disappointing. During the journey, the driver stopped the car abruptly, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when we were on a time-sensitive airport trip. When we politely raised our concerns, the driver started misbehaving and responded rudely, showing no regard for basic customer service or courtesy. His attitude was aggressive and disrespectful, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone representing the hotel. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that guests are provided with responsible and respectful drivers in the future.

Hotel staff is very and hotel food is very good

Stay was good for my family (my wife, kid & parents), the staff was courteous, wether it's room service, reception people, even the Hotel Manager too. Food was delicious, specially the " Gobhi65" ,which I ate after a very long time. The distance b/w hotel to Jagganath temple was around 2km.

I stayed at the hotel for two days. Location of the hotel is nearer to temple though it is a bit far from sea beach. It takes around ten minutes by auto to reach sea beach from the hotel. However. the hotel is very nice rooms are very neat and clean and is well maintained.Behaviour of the staff is also very good.Hotel has a roof top restaurant where the food is good and price is reasonable. Overall it is a good place to stay

Not value for money, rooms are too small, chargeable swimming pool, swimming pool too small, foods are expensive, overall not value for money

The stay and food were decent. However, the check-in and check-out timings were quite unreasonable. Our check-in was at 12:00 PM, but the check-out was scheduled for 10:00 AM, which doesn’t make much sense. Despite requesting early check-in and a little flexibility with check-out, the hotel manager kept insisting we leave early, which was very frustrating. I believe such behavior from the management might drive people away. Other than that, everything else was good.

The hotel was overpriced, the amount charged was that of 4 star and it lacked basic facilities. The food was bad, the tea tasted salty, most importantly the response time to any request was large. We ended up buying stuff, just to spend a night

Paid around 23k for 2 days for 2 rooms. Room dine in service is slow. Faced issues while placing the order - half of the time phone doesn’t work. Sometimes, they take the order but don’t fulfil. It happened with us twice in 2 days and they didn’t even informed us. During dinner time, please expect a less priority as they tend to serve the people who are in their restaurant. And sometimes, they will miss the instructions as well. Breakfast has good options. It’s near to the temple, but after seeing the crowd, better to stay at a walkable distance of 100-150 m. Not worth spending this much amount to have mediocre facilities. They also provided us the transportation, although the one drive who came to pick us up was good. But the other one who came for 6 hrs trip from puri to sun temple to airport, was driving at high speed. We asked him multiple times to slow down but he didn’t follow. We had a little accident as well. So, better to book from some other agency, they are cheaper as well.

Hotel was average. But their staff behavior and service was so bad. I won't go there ever again and not even suggest anyone to go
