Review Of Hotel Shree Hari

Inspite of availability of better rooms on the same catagory on the 2 nd floor (where the Sea View is much better), the hotel has intentionally given me 1 st floor room. The balcony door glass with a crack makes the room look very average. Hot water was not available during daytime. Washroom door lock was poor. In general, the room alloted was very average and I feel personally that better rooms were kept on hold .

Very nice experience it was. My door lock had some problem. So immediately they upgraded the room. Toto/ Auto always available there. But it is near light house, a little far from swargadwar.

Total waste of money, There is another category front sea facing room which is not listed on MMT, They listed room and mentioned that is sea view , but in reality it is a scam. Unprofessional reception staffs , they are act like they As if they taking pity on us. Poor maintained room by house keeping, poorly managed room service, lack of amenities and toiletries, broken furnitures damaged walls. Overall it was a nightmare, I asked for refund but they refused, i paid approximate for teo rooms for 3 night so that I didn’t cancel the hotel rooms. Misleading photo and terrible service , I never want to stay in this hotel again.

Our recent stay at Hotel Sreehari Puri was, unfortunately, a complete disaster from start to finish. I'm writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the overall service and conditions we encountered. The issues began at check-in as well as checkout where the reception staffs seemed more interested in their desk work than in welcoming guests. They were unhelpful and dismissive of our questions, behaving rude to my elderly mother, providing zero information about the hotel's amenities or services, room information .Ac was not working properly, Their cold and uninterested demeanor set the tone for the entire stay. The problems continued with the housekeeping service. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival; there were noticeable stains on the sheets and dust on the old furniture. Over the next few days, despite requests, our room was often not serviced properly , and when it was done so poorly. Fresh towels were a rarity, They kept the coffee pouches in an ashtray. They always forget to place a bathroom mat , It’s clear there is a severe lack of attention to detail and professional standards among the housekeeping team. When we asked why bathroom amenities were not provided adequately , the answer was that they did not provide them because the guests did not use them. Beyond the specific staff interactions, the overall experience was deeply unpleasant and it felt like the hotel was poorly managed. It's truly a shame, as a hotel stay is meant to be a relaxing escape, but this experience was nothing short of stressful . I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a better and more professional hospitality experience.

My experience about this Hotel is absolutely not good. I am quoting some points below- 1. My train was a bit early than the checkin time but the Hotel specifically denies any sort of early check in. During check in process we waited almost an hour. 2. TV was not proper functioning and no one comes after complaining three times. 3. Home service was Very bad. No one has come for room cleaning in 3 night stay. 4. Room was very small despite booking Super deluxe. There is no such thing like living area. 5. They are charging too much what amenities they have.

Very bad stay , maintenance of the hotel is very poor. Geyser of my room was not working then they changed me to another room after requesting them

I stayed here for 2 days with my mother. The highlight of this place is the behavior of the staff. Quite decent and generous people. A few things can be better, for instance there are roaches on the room. The food is decent but they have been using really old cups and plates. That's not a big bother but I guess some people do expect more cleanliness. Especially when you are paying more than the rest of the hotels nearby.

experience is great...but the rooms should be maintained in a better way...there is a lack of maintenance...staff behaviour is excellent...as per my experience food was good at some point and really bad at some point. overall average

The property is old and not maintained properly. Cockroaches are there in rooms and bathrooms, we booked a deluxe room with queen beds, but the bed they provided is two single bed which was joint together. Bed sheets and pillows are not clean. Only plus point is the location. This is not a 3 star hotel. At this price point better service is expected.

Property Location is accurate enable one to enjoy ses beach, jagannath temple darshan, another Mata Matha museum, also lokanath Mahadev temple darshan Ammenities as need is availble Food breakfast well tasty not spicy Services appreiciated NOT DISSAPOINTED AT ALL

Had booked a super deluxe room .. Rooms are pretty small in this budget .. From side of balcony you can view the sea as it's just opposite the hotel .. food was costly ..

I would have given hotel shree hari a rating of 4 if the rate was around rs. 3, 500-. At 5, 400 it was not value for money. There were better hotels in that area for a lower price.

Room’s infrastructure was good but the hospitality was not that good. Bathrooms had sand and were not clean. Also, for breakfast, hall was in basement with fungus on walls. Plates and bowl were dirty. Food was not good. Do not recommend the hotel for breakfast buffet

The room was really good with the offered price and the services were really good, as well as the staff. The best part was it was a sea facing hotel and not that far from the jagannath temple. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

The staffs are polite and seems to be concerned but you have keep reminding them if you need anything. The washroom/bathroom is very small. Food is tasty and the quantity is good. The view is awesome. It's a bit old hotel but well maintained.

Location: very good room: size was ok, with balcony. But furniture was old and was may be under repair washroom cramped up. Linen is also clean but not up to the mark. In place of a single king-size bed, two beds were joined, and proper cushioning was not done, difficult for the child to sleep in between. Fom was very cordial and was in contact until i checked in. Didn't like the dining space in the basement for improper ventilation. Dinner waiting time from placement of order and serving of food is more than half n hour overall average stay

Good view of sea from room. Bad house keeping. Limited food menu. Door lock and lift having issues.
