Our recent stay at Hotel Sreehari Puri was, unfortunately, a complete disaster from start to finish. I'm writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the overall service and conditions we encountered.
The issues began at check-in as well as checkout where the reception staffs seemed more interested in their desk work than in welcoming guests. They were unhelpful and dismissive of our questions, behaving rude to my elderly mother, providing zero information about the hotel's amenities or services, room information .Ac was not working properly,
Their cold and uninterested demeanor set the tone for the entire stay.
The problems continued with the housekeeping service. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival; there were noticeable stains on the sheets and dust on the old furniture. Over the next few days, despite requests, our room was often not serviced properly , and when it was done so poorly. Fresh towels were a rarity, They kept the coffee pouches in an ashtray. They always forget to place a bathroom mat , It’s clear there is a severe lack of attention to detail and professional standards among the housekeeping team.
When we asked why bathroom amenities were not provided adequately , the answer was that they did not provide them because the guests did not use them.
Beyond the specific staff interactions, the overall experience was deeply unpleasant and it felt like the hotel was poorly managed. It's truly a shame, as a hotel stay is meant to be a relaxing escape, but this experience was nothing short of stressful . I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a better and more professional hospitality experience.
