The Biswalaxmi Inn

This is a new hotel in a extremely accessible place but the hotel is managed very poorly. First of all the behavior of the front office is disgusting and improper and they are not helped in any manner. Additionally the services were very poor, bathroom was leaking taps, no water bottles in the rooms. Overall a very bad experience and won't recommend anyone to book here.

Location is very good Marine road side, and you can enjoy Sea view from gallery and room space is somehow small

The location of the hotel is great. But the staff of the hotel are little unorganised. We had to wait from 8 to 9:15 for the check in as the room was not ready. After that the ac was not working until 2 o clock. Overall it was an average experience.

i am very disappointed to state that this hotel is one of the worst experiences of my life only good about the hotel is it's location, otherwise everything is faulty 1. Ac water drainage is in the washroom, so every-time the floor is wet 2. Dirty stair case stained with filthy materials and food stuffs 3. No lift 4. Room provided was having a faulty door lock system, every-time i needed to call someone to open my room 5. Telephone was not working 6. Everyday water was not sufficient while you are in washroom, every-time you need to inform them for it 7. Congested and small room 8. Staff behaviour i won't say rude, but it was not very welcoming

The suit room is only sea facing. Other rooms are small. I was provided room number 104 on the 1st floor, the mobile towers were not present there. Very small room, no outside window, day and night is all the same there. The only window is towards the corridor. If someone talks on the corridor you can hear that clearly and vice versa.

Price is over hyped. Rooms are cozy. Only sea facing rooms are good. Though only 3 rooms are sea facing. Air ventilation is bad for rooms if you are opting for non ac. Room s are not good as per price. Only good thing is location. It is on the road. Very good location.

No lift facility. The hot water tap was not working from the very first day. Promised to fix it up but did not. Neither they changed the room. Provided a bucket of hot water on demand

Room size too small for this value. Proper ventilation not available. One good think is the hotel is very nearby to beach

Excellent room and sea view rooms are just awesome. You can enjoy view from your bed. The food of their own restaurant are lip smacking. Staff behaviour are very warming. Specially mr. Gaunt dash.

We booked 2 rooms for family stay. Problem we faced are 1. Small room no city view room like a cage, suffocating mentioned 250sq/ft but it’s only 120-150sq/ft 2. Staff behaviour poor, rude 3. Talking loudly, playing music at reception area they should run a bar (no peaceful ambiance ) 4. Water bottles glass not provided 5. We pay for not ac room but both tv were not working. 6. Dirty bed sheet 7. When give us request option, we only request for one room to extend only one hour because we travel with one senior citizen and told me he could give me one hour extra but their staff continuously ringing the bell from morning and misbehaving with us. We felt so bad.
