The hotel is in prime location as it is nearby Jagannath temple and alongside Highway. Room is good but quite small, bath area could be separated as all bathroom gets wet during shower making messy. Breakfast is tasty with limited items. Room service is excellent. Overall the hotel is comfortable for a short stay.

Hotel location was good near by Shri Jagannath Temple. Regarding hotel facility what we paid was not worthy Be coz we found a live Rat in the hotel room. House keeping was poor the wash room was not neat & clean. Not value for money.

The amenities were okay-ish. Most of the Vegetarian food. And the service is horrible. They tell us directly that one item to be served will take 20-25 mins to be prepared. The food itself was not good. No variety. Room was nice but Bathroom's tap unable to work properly.

its been great time ahead with The Royal Grand Heritage Hotel. The Rooms is neat and clean with hygienic food and good hospitality with excellent accommodation. Overall I rate 3 star . 1. For family it’s not good stay . They Valle some 8 to 9 times to check out . My check out is 10 am , they called me from 10:15 to 11:30 9 times . In the meanwhile when i stayed I requested Baby food mixing just it’s mixing from the mixer , they make me wait 20 to 25 min just to mix . Water bottle chargeable , food is expensive , they give non veg at mandir place . The place is not location to stay for mandir stay. When u check out the towels was stained with turmeric just because I went from temple , for that they said they will change me for stain, I Said I may not, once they check from manager and the manager said no need and apologised , Finally I kept my luggage and bit roamed and came and requested for 30 min room , I insisted to change me, still they denied .. though they had a room . I never suggest a good family members who are outsiders to come and stay here .

We had a pleasant stayat hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The service was smooth and we really appreciated the hospitality. Overall, it was a good experience and we would consider staying here again. With some points girst the checkout timming is too early its 10 o clock. And secondly we were having a bad exp with hotel driver Unfortunately, our experience with the driver arranged for our airport drop was very disappointing. During the journey, the driver stopped the car abruptly, which was completely unprofessional and unnecessary, especially when we were on a time-sensitive airport trip. When we politely raised our concerns, the driver started misbehaving and responded rudely, showing no regard for basic customer service or courtesy. His attitude was aggressive and disrespectful, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone representing the hotel. We sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that guests are provided with responsible and respectful drivers in the future.

Stay was good for my family (my wife, kid & parents), the staff was courteous, wether it's room service, reception people, even the Hotel Manager too. Food was delicious, specially the " Gobhi65" ,which I ate after a very long time. The distance b/w hotel to Jagganath temple was around 2km.

I stayed at the hotel for two days. Location of the hotel is nearer to temple though it is a bit far from sea beach. It takes around ten minutes by auto to reach sea beach from the hotel. However. the hotel is very nice rooms are very neat and clean and is well maintained.Behaviour of the staff is also very good.Hotel has a roof top restaurant where the food is good and price is reasonable. Overall it is a good place to stay

The stay and food were decent. However, the check-in and check-out timings were quite unreasonable. Our check-in was at 12:00 PM, but the check-out was scheduled for 10:00 AM, which doesn’t make much sense. Despite requesting early check-in and a little flexibility with check-out, the hotel manager kept insisting we leave early, which was very frustrating. I believe such behavior from the management might drive people away. Other than that, everything else was good.
