Hotel located in best area, But very poor service by Hotel management, No bath towels, No cleaning, No Wi-Fi, Bed sheet is very bad condition , No Room service, No word to explain the bad conditions of this hotel

we stayed in G1 room nproperty location is not good, the line is too smelly with all person peeing there...hotel staff doesn't know any other language apartment from odiya..exhaust fan was not connecting due to which air circulation was not happening
