The main door lock was not working properly.TV connection is not working.cleanless need to be improved.Lift was not working.material supplied was poor standard

Very very bad experience, we don't get room as per said before booking, maximum service not available, dusty room, broken door, griger not working, birthtop not available, room service not available even emergency conditions, lift not work, every time thay say cancel your booking we refund you, but how it's possible I travel with my baby and aged family members, thay spoiled our Holly day.. but yes the appointment was good but not the property owner and Caretaker.. Please never book it. even I mailed MMT also but not get any help..

1. Location - difficult to find 2. Road - worst muddy and single congested way 3. Entry - as this an apartment (not hotel) and rent a room, the security will not enter you with your booking details, they will detained you till the arrival of the coordinator. They will force you to park your bike near gate, then you have to walk to your block. Cleanness - below average, no maintenance at all. Swimming pool - you have to pay 100 for each to take a bath in a pond. You w ii see monkey bath in same pond. No water change. Room was not cleaned enough. No dustbins inside the room. The supporting guy was polite, humble and very cooperative.

Average quality, betterment should be done, swimming pool should not be chargeable. And maintenance required, house keeping also not upto the mark.

Totally bad and terrible experience. No resection office. No clean. No value for money what we paid. Terrible to say

Very old room with least hygiene. No food available. No breakfast as confirmed by service boy. I was with 2 yr old baby with no food facility and no lift also. No car parking available. I strictly condemn to stay at this hotel.

Room was not clean. Bed was made by the lizards. There was leakage in tap water in bathroom. Asked for one additional pillow at night, however, it was advised to give next day. Next day, no one has come to give the pillow. It was given in the evening that to after reminder. No cleaning staff has come to clean the room next day even after asking. Tv was not working. It was advised that someone will come to run the tv. No one has come.

Clean room with clean bathroom. Friendly support staff. Very good host de. Guided us the whole stay. Good homestay food also.

Good stay at a budgeted price.Felt like stay at my own home.Cooperative staffs and Host .Room was good and clean.Almost all facilities we got in the room.

Truly after seeing some positive & negative reviews we thought to postpone the booking. But it was really good. Helpful staff. Never thought to got such rooms at some unbelievable price. Nice rooms with nice interiors. With lot of privacy. And lastly kudos to host de. Guided us the whole tour. So helpful. Thanks mm t for choosing this stay.

De sea appartment is very poor hospitality rooms are unorganisef, no wifi, not running tv, lift was not running, my rooms at 7th floor i used stair that is horrible when i thik that. I think take action. Wast my money and journy

The property is not maintained & Bedsheets are very dirty and the rooms are not clean.

Stay was nice. Ok

The fixtures were broken, cockroaches running around. They provided a single towel for 2-3 people occupying each room and refused to provide more. They did not even provide basics such as blankets despite multiple reminders. Also, doorknobs were broken and most surfaces had stains. I don't recommend this place to any traveller who wants to have a good time without having to worry about basic amenities.

Very good room & cooperative staffs. The apartment has almost every facilities for long stay. Enjoyed the stay with dear one's. Hope to come here again in future.

1) room was clean & also bathroom. 2) staffs were so polite & cooperative specially mr biswajit the manager. 3) bed-sheets & linens were clean. 4) everyday housekeeping was done. 5) apartment was clean & sparking. 6) homestay food was tasty & reasonable price. 7) though reception is not there but we got 24 hrs service from their staff room by dial-ling their landline no. 8) everything was super arranged by host mr de. Highly recommended to those traveller's who want to stay a less crowded & homely ambience. At a reasonable price.

very much disappointed with the kind of hotel you people are providing us. 1. there's no room service 2. we're allotted to 7th floor of the building with the lift frequently going out of service 3. apartment grossly ill-maintained with dust and pan pick everywhere 4. regular room and bathroom cleaning was not done 5. hotel walls with damp and cracked ceiling 6. we had to hear " bedsheets and towels are out of stock" when we asked the manager mr. biswajit to change those daily 7. tv only had a few orya channels. not a single news channel 8. no clock on the wall 9. no mirror on the dressing table . small mirror in bathroom. so, it was very difficult to dress up 10. blanket provided was full of dirt & dust - dust was visible even if u pinch it slightly 11. no pick-up vehicle was there 12. no reception/ office 13. very far from swargadwar and jagannath temple - most of our money was wasted on travelling via auto 14. sea facing rooms not given- the view from the balcony was not at all like the one shown in the website we could have got better hotels at the money we had paid.

Nice place good activities fredly hotel

The property was average. Please don’t visit if you expect it to be like a hotel. Staffs were polite but the property itself was not upto the mark. Food was bad. Had the worse tea there but had to order as there was nothing around. Below average in taste. Quality wasn’t good enough as well. Only good thing about the place was the people. Ps- there are better options
