Terrible Stay
Kumud Plaza first of all accepted the booking from their end. When we contacted them before visiting the Hotel , they denied entry saying all rooms are full. Amound was already pre-paid

Good Stay
Hotel location is good and near to Railway station. Food and amenities are good. But when I booked taxi they are not able come pick up from the hotel due to auto driver's objections. We should walk upto Sir sai temple for catch taxi's.

Excellent Stay
The rooms are spacious, well furnished, neat and clean. The behaviour of the staff was courteous and cooperative. The location is very advantageous as it is very close to the Bhubaneswar Railway station (towards the platform number 6). The hotel also has a restaurant on the ground floor. There is ample parking space in front of the main building for at least three cars. There is a small tank at the entrance near the gate that has some fish in it. The toilets are clean.

Need to improve
Food was ok but rest all are beyond average. Room door was not closing properly. Informed the team but no action instead asked me to push harder to close the door. Funniest solution I have ever had.

Poorest Customer Service
Worst service .In behalf of our organisation 2 nos. of rooms was booked.Guedt arrived but they provided a room which size was very small Even if we requested no one responded.Amenities is not upto the mark.Waste of money Not recommended at all.Another guest did check in at 9 am but no room was available even after booking done from online even no separate guest room was available for morning fresh up .Was horrible situation.
