Hotel O Guddu Residency

1. Issues at check in. Forced to speak to MMT and then it got resolved. 2. Dirty bed-sheet. Despite multiple requests it was not changed. 3. Though I paid for breakfast in my reservations I was not served any breakfast. Despite reminders. Eventually, timed out and moved out without breakfast.

I'm pleased about the hotel accommodation

The hotel service was good and efficient. The behaviour of the staffs was well towards us.

Room is not satisfactory. Location is good. Service is not good. Room is so hot, maintenance is not well. TV isn't working ng. Not more sockets to charge a couple of mobiles. The terms and conditions are worse for the users

Overall OK experience expected a better. I expected the rooms were airy and I would get a better sight from the room and a clean one ... Even the hotel staff is not much understanding and were not helpful ... I just stayed for a night but the prices were quite high ... Would not suggest you for the next times or good experiences

Room was not good. Toilet was not clean. Rude behaviour of hotel keepers location was good if you want to go KIIT. It is too costly according to facilities offered in this. There was even no soap in toilet

Rooms were too dingy. Cupboards were very unclean. Bed sheet and pillow covers haven't been washed since ages. Too many mosquitoes. Room is too small to even move. Too many bed bugs. Broken power sockets.

Rooms are in very bad condition My first stay was at MMT Connaught Place, which also goes with the name Hotel Emarald. The check-in was efficient and I was led to my rooms in no time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The place had a premium-budget feel and there wasn't much to complain. Here is a quick audit of the room.

I needed a hotel to reach KIIT University and this fulfilled my purpose, as located near KIIT and on main road of Patia, Bigbazaar. Surrounded by restaurants and other amenities but hotel itself leaves poor impression. Although mine was a non A/C room double, but cleanliness, facility and service were main problem. No hot water/geyser available and not recommended for family, only solo travel recommended. It is only value for money of course.

The room was not clean. Also they didn't provide any mosquito repellent. There was no running hot water in the bathroom, although the staff may provide hot water in a bucket. I didn't find any clean facility for food inside the guest house. However, there are many restaurants in close proximity to the hotel.

The picture that you can see in the pics uploaded in MakeMyTrip is totally different from the original room. It is very untidy and poor room service and no cancellations allowed and no other guests allowed.
