HOTEL SPACE SETTER

Economical rooms but rooms are not that clean, walls are damped,bed sheets are not in good condition,either torn or with stains.You can find cob webs on side of beds/walls.They are reluctant to change bedsheets before 3 days of use. Response t when asked to clean room was very slow.Got the room cleaned after 3 calls. Remotes ( both TV and AC) not working neither are bothered.So u cant change temperature of AC nor change Channels. Switch board was uprooted and hanging...Foods are simple and rates are also nominal. Ok to stay for a day or two not good for longer stay.

Terrible, i booked two rooms deluxe and premium and they gave me two standard rooms.. they keep insisting us to take a single room with all 6 members and we will give you 500 discount on extended stay. But extra bed is broken and premium room is available on same floor which we got to know in evening but they didn’t tell us about that room. Lots of cockroaches are there and ac is not cooling properly. Basically we book two rooms one premium and one deluxe for 6 members but we got standard room and didn’t get any refund. Mattress’s are very hard.

First day the room provided is not as per specifications mentioned . Instead of AC Premium provided AC Standard. Room was small, damp and humid. Floor was filled with. Also no balcony. After my protest the hotel has changed room. Management is not good. I have stayed in this hotel I'm 1st to 3rd May, 2 rooms 4 persons. This time I feel very upset

The room is clean and the food is good and at a reasonable price . Staff behaviour is nice.

The property's food was good, restaurant was maintained properly. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was good. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The toilet is not clean and the cleanliness of the room is just if you can stay for a day. Food is good but the quality of the room can be improved.

As we frequently stay here , it's the best property I have experienced ever ....we decent pricing and well behaved staffs

Food - oily and spices, Location - ok Facility - ok Stuff are well behaved but sometimes irresponsible

Room was a bit smaller in size and cleanliness was not upto the mark. Upon requesting the staff for changing dirty bedsheet they denied it by saying they don't have any more clean sheets. Bathroom was clean and okayish. Overall stay was average. Location was good. Campuses and Exam centres were nearby.

Room have ac but remote not available have tv remote not working. Bed sheet not clean from9. 30am power not available. I book with breakfast but hotel deny it first after that i show all supporting documents against it than he give food coupons but restaurants not have enough food to serve

Please please please don't book the hotel. My experience was really terrible. Roombis full of dust and bad odur. Cockroach were running on the bed and floor.

the room was not sufficiently airy, plus water seepage and dampness. ac wasn't working but that was ok. restaurant was very good. check in /check out not very smooth. checkout we wanted to extend by 2-3 hrs and as per the notice written on every door says pay 100 extra per hour. we called and confirmed that is the case. when the shift changed and different people came to the reception, they refused and said we need to pay half days rental. we stayed for 3-4 days, referred 8-10 people who came with us and their team haggling for every little thing felt really odd. . you can get more better oyo rooms for that price.

The experience is very bad. Rooms are not at all good. Rooms are not as per photos that were shown. Services are not good. Varanda can't be used as the same is always filled with water and damp. No toiletry, towels are provided. Paid for 3 beded delux room but provided normal 2 beded room. Bedsheets and pillow covers are not clean.

Location is very close to kms - which was our preference. Room allotted was pretty small - they have larger rooms which could have been given. The room cleaning was not done during our stay inspite of telling them. It will be great if they provide early check-in as we reached 3 hrs before scheduled checkin and we were charged rs. 350 for it after bargaining as they wanted to charge rs. 500 + gst.

Not good service as well as no immediate response. I am already checkout from hotel

This is a very useless hotel and the people working there are also completely useless, they neither know how to talk nor anything else.
