Maintenance was awesome, spacious rooms, clean, well maintained building. Caretaker was very helpful and reaponsive

Facility was awesome, and property was very good and also room kitchen roof was also very good....location was also best with the best view with hill and the city view but only one problem to difficult to find the uber auto for going to city but its managable.....overall its excellent👍

The quality of the property itself is excellent in terms of the size of rooms cleanliness given the price. if you are planning to visit in and around KIIT area its nearby. but since it is in a bit of outskirts the road is not good and you don't get quality shops or food nearby. The property owners or the caretakers donot provide any food which means either you have to cook your own food or order though swiggy etc which takes time. you get Ola Uber service instantly so mobility is not much of a concern. Toiletries provided not up to the mark so better to carry them with you especially the hand wash. they mix lots of water on to it overall may try once to suite your own needs. However need to mention that the cleanliness of the property and room is remarkable so you feel the hygine

Everything was fine, the mixture of the bathroom was not working properly, the electrical points were not properly arranged, for example there is a electric kettle but no socket , you have to unplug the tv socket and use the kettle. No thought process was appled when the interior work was done

in an isolated area and no market complex nearby. Having a pool is just an eyewash. additional charges to use the pool and the pool is not even cleaned or maintained since a long time. hardly food available. The caretaker is under immense pressure to provide additional things you ask for. The rooms are good and clean.

Place and ambience is good, as it is located inside a residential property. However, you’ll find difficulty to get food, as you need to depend upon outside food only.

Nice clean room and washroom located inside a housing society giving a safe and homely feel . It also has a swimming pool . Kitchen is available although I did not ordered any food. Room has kettle for tea and coffee. Staff is helpful overall nice experience and pocket friendly
