The quality of the property itself is excellent in terms of the size of rooms cleanliness given the price. if you are planning to visit in and around KIIT area its nearby. but since it is in a bit of outskirts the road is not good and you don't get quality shops or food nearby. The property owners or the caretakers donot provide any food which means either you have to cook your own food or order though swiggy etc which takes time. you get Ola Uber service instantly so mobility is not much of a concern. Toiletries provided not up to the mark so better to carry them with you especially the hand wash. they mix lots of water on to it overall may try once to suite your own needs. However need to mention that the cleanliness of the property and room is remarkable so you feel the hygine

The homestay is good. The room is spacious and calm. It's good for a transit stay for a day or two. The room is having the basic amenities, such as hot water, aur conditioning, lifts, toilet accessories, etc. However, it's a little far from the market area. Swiggy and zomato services are available. The exact location is to be corrected as palm avenues, phase-1.

Staying at golden palm avenue was a pleasant experience. The room, bathroom corridor everything is neat and clean. The attendant's behaviour is nice and very humble. A shared kitchen with dining space is also there. The only drawback is that the nearest market place is too far from this place.

I stayed with my family and it was a great experience. Clean place with good staff coordination. Room was spacious. Food i didn't order from Golden Palm Near KIIT Jagannath Temple as good swiggy and zomato option were available. Tea kettle and bathroom basics were being provided.

Nice clean room and washroom located inside a housing society giving a safe and homely feel . It also has a swimming pool . Kitchen is available although I did not ordered any food. Room has kettle for tea and coffee. Staff is helpful overall nice experience and pocket friendly

The place was just wow my experience was great the Golden Palm Near KIIT Jagannath Temple staff was very polite and must visit. there was a kitchen for guest you can prepare your food all the kitchen needs are available

Nice location. Rooms are very neat and clean including toilets. Staff are nice, gentle and very helpful. KIIT University built Jagannath temple very near and is a must watch.

The room was clean and beautiful. The kitchen space had all the amenities you would need to make basic snacks. The building had a guard and a caretaker full time. Cab used to come in 5 min. Overall, it is recommended for a beautiful stay under budget.

The guesthouse hosted by aditi is a delight to stay at. She's a great, friendly host and the guesthouse is brand new, peaceful and clean. I would definitely recommend people coming here for a short vacation to stay at this place.
