very very dirty dusty rooms.. its not been cleaned after the previous visitor had left.. checked out immediately and booked another hotel.

Had an amazing stay with my boyfriend. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful and made us feel special.

TL;DR: Budget stay, you get roughly what you pay for. Location is a bit deep inside, average facilities, staff polite but slow. Better for those with own/rented vehicle. Setup: 3 people, 2 nights & 1 day, 2 rooms, (family trip – couple + mom, early August). Property: Manorama Residency, likely a converted apartment building. First Impressions: Feels more like an apartment-turned-hotel. Average décor, basic but acceptable cleanliness. One room had a few mosquitoes, another had some ants — nothing major. Location & Connectivity: Listed as 2.2 km from Jagannath Temple, but actually a bit farther. Located deep inside, so local transport from the main road can be pricey If without your own vehicle, walk from hotel gate to Manisha Road (opposite Sainik Sadan Puri) and catch transport from there. Room & Amenities: Housekeeping: Exists, but you may need to follow up once or twice. Toiletries: Minimal paper packet (gel, shampoo, soap). Best to bring your own. Water/Room Service: Provided multiple times, but occasionally slow. Bathroom: Clean and new. AC/Hot Water: Working fine. Furniture/Charging Points: Average but sufficient. Towels: Only one per room at check-in, no replacements. Wi-Fi: Not used; unknown condition. TV/Telephone: Not tested. Food: No in-house food. Nearest eateries are a walk away. Better to eat out before returning or bring food from the beach area. Staff: Polite but somewhat indifferent. Need reminders for water/cleaning. Will do the job, but not proactively. Other Notes: Morning gate opens whenever you ask the caretaker. Night gate closes at ~11 pm, opens on request.
