Great experience in puri
Hotel was very good. Staff and management was also good. Very near to sea beach. I love this place because this area in not heavenly crowded, relatively better than main. Mandir and station bound buses are also available. Breakfast and food quality is also good. Bathroom is very clean, I believe they have very good water filter. Overall value for money. But there was no balcony, that's one I missed.

Poor Stay
Average experience! electricity was not there! food was not too good. room was clean but not upto the mark! money was not worthy for overall experience.

Good Stay
The location & the behaviour of the staffs are beautiful, specially the manager is cordial enough. Homely atmosphere, Clean room and toilet. From the roof of the property any one can see the both, Bay of Bengal & The Jagannath Temple.

A “Hotel” in Name Only – Petal Hotels Puri is a Complete Disaster
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Petal Hotels Puri is a masterclass in how to completely ruin a vacation. The staff are rude, unresponsive, and downright unprofessional. There are literally no amenities – forget about comfort, they don’t even know what hospitality means. The rooms are pathetic, not worth a night, yet they have the audacity to call themselves a hotel. The so-called complimentary breakfast is a health hazard – it looks disgusting, tastes worse, and will make you sick if you dare to eat it. Save yourself and skip it. Their “hi-tea” was laughable. We had three rooms booked, and they proudly served us tea, coffee, and exactly six cookies in total. When we asked for more, the staff didn’t even bother to respond. What a joke!

Service was very slow and they were providing tea bags milk powder which was out of date …. Food taste was below average room was full of dust ..

excellent stay and worth the money.
The stay was beautiful,the sea beach was so near,like 4 mins walking distance,and you get a beautiful view of the sea,the dine-in restaurant was beauand most importantly the behaviour of the staff is beautiful!

Good Stay
Location not within 50 mtrs it is nearly 100-150mtrs. The stuff is good but housekeeping service for the first two days was the worst but after repeated requests they have done goo service for the last two days

Service is poor but hotel is in good location. Food quality is good. Delay in all order and they give hi-tea in itinerary but but only give tea and biscuit
