They charged water bottle amount and other essential facilities are not provided and they are not experienced about hotel hospitality

1) they did not clear the room everyday 2) cockroach roaming everywhere. 3)wifi not working properly 4) food is poor

Location is too far from mandir and sea beach, rooms are good but service is poor, restaurant food is not available as per price list and price is very costly. Hotel is on main road position.

Very Disappointing Stay! My experience at this hotel in Puri was extremely disappointing. The basic hygiene and maintenance were completely neglected. The toilet was not properly cleaned, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Even worse, there was electric current coming through the hot water, which was dangerous and unacceptable. The TV was not functioning, and the room telephone was also dead, so I couldn’t even contact reception for help. I had expected at least the minimum standards of cleanliness and safety, but this property failed on every level. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puri. The management seriously needs to fix these issues before hosting guests again.

The hotel property is situated 7 minutes away from Golden Beach and 15 minutes from Shri Jagannath Temple. Hotel room specially classic and delux are very small. Bathroom was not clean. For pure vegetarian, this hotel is not recommended. staff behaviour is good and helpful.

1. In the image open surroundings are shown but in actuality the hotel is closely packed with buildings. 2. The geyser was not working and I requested them to fix it as I needed hot water as I was travelling with my baby, but they paid no attention during my 3 night stay in the hotel. 3. The electric kettle that was provided to us was not washed. When I opened it to prepare hot water for my baby's food I found that it was filled with tea grains. 4. The electrical switches are not working properly due to which one of my mobile chargers got damaged. 5. I booked a suit for my family and my friend who was also travelling with us booked a classic room for his family but although I paid a higher price we both were offered exactly similar rooms. 6. Every time I return to the room from outside I find baby cockroaches running over my bed. 7. My friend and I booked a complementary breakfast, but it arrived at 11:50 AM even after calling them multiple times.I think they were busy serving those who were paying upfront.

Everyone felt welcome here including our kids. Staff understood family needs and helped make our stay comfortable.

Morning meal was available early and service was fast. Got what I needed to start the day without being late for first appointment.

My wife and I loved staying here. Clean accommodation and helpful people. Perfect for couples romantic getaway.
