Very polite staff, Clean room, fresh food, And price is very much worth based on services Hotel review based on my 3 night stay and guidance and support.

My family and I visited this hotel on 4th October 2025, the property location is not so good. The entry road is very narrow for Car, The property condition is very bad, No maintenance of the property, accommodation is very poor, Food quality is so bad, and unhygienic food. But the hotel staff's behaviour is good, polite and helpful. For the premium hotel, I never suggest this property or hotel.

Had a comfortable and pleasant stay! 😊Staff: Very supportive and polite. * Food: A bit of waiting (till 5 PM sometimes) as only one cook and helper manage everything, but the food was really tasty once served. * Room: Spacious, clean, and well-equipped — TV, fridge, AC, towels, toiletries, and a kettle with tea/coffee sachets. * Swimming Pool: Clean and well-maintained with an attendant and CCTV for safety. Closes at 6 PM (rooftop pool). * Room Service: Quick and courteous; tea, coffee, pakoras, and salads were fresh and delicious. * Overall, great experience with good facilities, yummy food, and helpful staff. Perfect for a relaxing stay! 🌟

Location is inside about 100 mtrs from main road. Food is ok Room is value for money. Good hospitality. 500 mtrs from sea beach.

Hotel Naren Palace located at a nice and calm place. Hotel provides nice fod, whereas near by area is having few pure-veg restaurants. Guest amenity kits only include soap and sampoo sachets, this needs improvement. Staffs are nice and well behaved.

The Hotel had neat and clean rooms. Staffs were also friendly. Food at the restaurant was very tasty. The rooftop swimming pool was icing on the cake. However, small kids won't be able to swim Inside

We booked Super DLX Sea View DBL bedroom for our stay. While the room size was decent, the washroom was in terrible state with very bad smell coming early in the day and continued the whole day. The smell was unbearable and when we complained to the manager of the hotel, he just sent the housekeeping staff to spray some room fresher and put a Odonil bar in the washroom. The restaurant was also filthy and such odd smell was there in the restaurant too. I would advise travellers not to book this hotel and waste your holidays.

The hotel with other amenities were good but booking is horrendous. You have raised the tariff of the hotel by 40% and then gave a discount.

It was a terrible experience as the hotel was not what we expected. Moreover it was not clean. May be because of the rush time but even though it needed to match the standard.location was good but not could not find any amenities and services worth mentioning.

Good rooms Good room service But some pest control needed the most Cockroach roaming on bed and bathrooms few times.

Gitel had cordial staff and good food location is also ok but hotel had lot of cockroaches also room geyser dis not work toilet had no toilet rolls ac did not work for hours during power cuts daily
