Hotel is in poor condition Rooms are clumsy Reception staff extremely non cooperative and not at all hospitable No good facility Fan only running at full speed Only food in the restaurant is good They call it deluxe rooms with almost no facility

Hotel room is out dated not clean. Balcony is terrible. Behaviours of manager is rude. Check out time (0700) is painful.

The property location is good and very close to sea beach. The cleaning system is good. Regular house keeping is good. The behaviour of the staff are very good and cordial. The food of the adjacent restaurant is very good. The other amenities are also very good.

It's a very good stay near puri sea beach. Staffs behavior really good & friendly. Wonderful balcony view from 3rd floor. Next time i will book again.

The hotel was good in budget, location was awesome, if you are looking for less crowd, everything was easily accessible from the location except atm, if you are coming here, do carry some cash. Your welcome

for 2 rooms, 1 night is not worth it for such a terrible hotel. The corridor and the rooms stink like fish. The rooms were non-ac deluxe but were the backside of the hotel. However the rooms have an attached balcony to them, but the balcony was stinky, dirty, filled with beer bottles and, gutka packets and pan spits. Making the rooms stinky. The toilet seat was broken. The bathrooms were dirty. The bedsheets had a damp smell along with stains of food and sauce. The mattress was hard and was not at all comfortable. In one word, it was the most FILTHY HOTEL experience I have had to date. I would never ever suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Rooms too small.Foul odour coming out . corridors not properly maintained .AC not working .not worth the tarriff charged, bathrooms are not clean. Location is ok. services average.

Location of the property is the only plus point. Rooms are small and not properly maintained. They even don't provide drinking water. The sanitary fittings in the bathroom are mostly damaged or not function properly. The parking space is very limited and always occupied. The food is good but expensive as compare to the other nearby restaurant. The price of the rooms are too high only because of the location. The sea view rooms are only above 1st floor. They will provide 1st floor in the name of sea view balcony rooms but the sea is not visible as there is huge property in front of the hotel.

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff behaviour was really nice. Food was on time and tasty. The balcony view was lovely from 3 rd floor. Would love to go back again.

The room was damp, no network, dirty curtains, no lights in the balcony and faulty tv. The entire experience was very bad. I would not recommend anyone to stay atleast if you are allotted room no 201

The hotel is very basic with very basic amenities. We had booked ac deluxe room; our ac hardly worked and the ac was not cooling at all. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. In front of the hotel, there was a permanent sewage and always water was overflowing from there; no one bothered about it. So you would have to walk on the sewage water whenever you come out of the hotel. Positive points are staff was very co-operative and the hotel is very near to the beach. Overall hotel stay experience was poor

Wardrobe was locked, and no keys, telephone malfunction, outside food not allowed and no menu card in room, however in-house food is delicious from their restaurant. Very small size tv in the room. No mobile signal in the ground floor room. Very close to beach

Location was good, food was tasteless, crockeries provided were dirty, pillow covers were torn and brd sheets had stains from previous users. Not recommended for couples. Tv was not working, had to ask staffs multiple times to fix. Room had lot of dirt.

one of the best hotel I had ever stayed. Hotel Ivory Sand is best in every department..service,food,cleanliness is just perfect. The staffs are the best ..overall I will suggest just go and stay at Hotel Ivory sands

Location is good. But average hotel. Tv not working and our bathroom toilet seat cover was broken. Water bottle was given on first day of arrival though we stayed for 3 days.
