Excellent Stay
Hotel Prabhupada is a very good stay option in Puri and is conveniently located close to Puri beach and next to Light house. The beach is at a stone throw distance away and one can also have a wonderful swim in the inhouse swimming pool. The rooms are very comfortable and staff is well groomed and professional. Food is very good and restaurant is hygenic. Frontdesk is very polite and cooperative. Overall a very good property for a comfortable stay at Puri.

Room was small for the amount they charged. And at first they were giving a different room from where we were unable to see sea beach, but after requesting they gave the room we've actually seen in makemytrip app.

Poor Stay
Room- Very small even though we paid 4600 per night.. not worth of such high tariff AC- The AC was not working properly.. there was water leakage from the AC Reception- The lady working at the reception was not courteous and she was very rude. Food- This is the only good thing about the hotel.. The food was really good.. Swimming pool- only paid access as it is shared with another hotel

As checked, by our front office staff regarding the stay you only said it was Good & informed us regarding the Room Size and late check out, as investigated your wish was to continue till 15:30 hrs with the same half day room tariff, where as per our Check in & Check out time the room was reserved for another guest. Regarding the Pool usage we did not collect a single coin that to on record we found that you did not use the pool. Thank you for your kind information, as checked you had informed regarding the late check out , as spoke to the FO team Mr. Bishnu he allowed late check out till 10 AM, still you post a bad comment about the property and also checked the CCTV personally & found there was no rude behavior or activities shown from our end. We were completely booked on your check out day, as this room is booked from MMT you are aware about the check out time, you went to the beach without any updates & there was another guest waiting for the same room, upon asking the same you shouted here, after the same still we allowed another 10 minutes to vacate the room. Very professional and well behaved staff. The food was amazing especially the complementary breakfast. They had around 15+ items plus tea, coffee, milkshake and juice. Rooms are very cozy and well maintained. Location is just opposite to the sea beach. In brief, perfect stay for your vacation.
