Hotel O Sai Balaji Inn

As already communicated this was a pathetic experience for me and my family including my elderly parents.... wrong information updated .. just 300 meter mentioned on website whereas actual distance between Jagannath temple and hotel is almost 2 kilometre... entrance was very dirty... geyser was not there... were unable to lock the bathroom door, packaged drinking water given on chargeable basis...wash basin was not cleaned prior to check in... How can such a property can be a 3 star as mentioned ?

Very Bad experience with this site . Cause my room was shifted to another property at the end of the moment without any informed . The room was too bad with the area not good and dirty congested. My family also suffers and is facing the terrible situation that suddenly changes the property without my knowledge.

It was mentioned in the hotel reservation that will get water and other facilities, but but the person has denied and it was a minimum experience was worst. There was no facilities for the charges. We have paid the charges against that the service was very poor. No mirror water was provided and no hot water was provided, so toiletries was not available so it was. It was a horrible situation over there.

Location is in too interior but the behavior of owner was very good. Bathroom could be better rest everything was fine.

The hotel experience was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near both the beach and the temple, making it very accessible. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. The facilities provided by the hotel were also up to standard, enhancing the overall stay.
