Review Of Hotel Mulberry

The Rooms are stinking Staff are not cooperative.Book for two days but checked out within 1 hour of checking. The manager was reluctant to update the checkout date and time in the register and also refused to provide any documents containing check out time and date. Refund request by me also rejected outright. The experience was horrible.

The location of the property is great. in the middle of the city. rooms are clean. in-room fridge is an added advantage. staff was well behaved. had a good experience. just that the room was very small and there are no windows for any sunlight to come in.

Food was good but a bit pricy, room facilities are not upto to the mark, Room bed is also not king size, room is small. But they do good behaviour.

1. Power outage, no provision for backup power 2. Intercom not working

Bad experience, hotel says that extra bed is not in the booking but when i was booking it was clealy shows that extra bed charge is included, the room size was 160 sq ft showing at the time of booking but actual size was very small, it was a pathetic stay

Food was pathetic, staffs and their friends were drinking alcohol and shouting whole night in a ground floor hotel room which was making us in secure.

Location collection from google map. Foods quality good. But you staff behave not good extra money demand for late night coming and many more extra cash demand for extra matrix bed and behaviour is very bad. So next time when i travel i don’t go you hotel

Room was neat and clean, food was good. Overall good experience. Property location is good. Do recommend to stay at this property.

Very bad stay

Location was good for me, near to most of the diagnostics, kalighat temple, esplanade. Staff were also good and quite prompt in providing room services.

Smooth check in, well behaved staff, location is good, as per room price it's very small. One thing they have to improve that is room service which is very slow.

As i have booked for two days and checked in at 11 pm on the first day. And want to cancel booking for second day. They told that if my booking app is ready to cancel. They don't have any issues. But still i don't get any cancellation with repeated requests to the customer executive. So bitter experience, i will try to book through other apps next time onward s

Stayed in this property after a gap of over 3 years. Hotel running with minimum basic amenities and staff. Lack of attention from the management side is evident. Changed the hotel after staying 2 nights.

Comfort bed and clean bathroom, staff was polite. Though room was little small not much space. But overall was good

Rude staff behaviour & by mistake 1 spoon of ice cream fell into my bedsheet & they wanted me to pay for an entire new bedsheet.. Clearly they hotel is nt running well as entire hotel was empty & i made a bad choice of choosing this hotel as i felt really uncomfortable during my stay….

Worst hotel. No blankets. Bad rooms foul smell they keep your helmets out. Overall bad experience

I booked it for my customer of bangladesh & their family. Total 8 people. They feel not comfortable for women s safety related. We really disspointed for the same. Hoping for best in coming days.

Rooms were small but clean. Howey, the entry to the bathroom was very low and with my height of 5'8" i banged my head. Anyone taller will be at great risk. Shukla ji looked after well with my f&b requirements. The complimentary breakfast was served in the room, with fixed choices, but the quality was good. The only issue was being asked to wait after check out, to check the room first. Other than towel and ac remote (tv remote was missing) and bathroom mug there was no item which could be taken away. This was rather stupid and not in good taste.
