It is a nice and safe hotel for solo ladies traveller.The behaviour of staff members are good. The location of the hotel is prime. But there is no disturbing sound in the hotel.

The experience was not so good..they offered me a room stay which have a poor quality of lock and bathroom was really unclean and bedsheets were little dirty.room was really small and when i asked to change my room at the time of check in they just told me they have no more rooms ..behaviour was also not so good..such a bad experience

It was nice hotel , but there was some problem relating to the hot water otherwise the location of the hotel is very prime and the facilities were good. Staff was cooperative and overall good accommodation.

Location wise it is perfect for journey from sealdah to any nook n corner. Market area is surrounding so little bit of crowdy n noisy. You can take vehicle from the near crossing. Hotel is good n clean. stuffs are quite and well behaved. Security checks are fine and progression. Best for budget Tourist

Earlier, the price of this hotel was, and at that rate it was acceptable. However, the price has now increased to , and the facilities do not match this higher rate. They don’t even provide basic amenities like slippers, instead asking guests to purchase them from the market. The rooms are also quite small, which was fine for , but at this hotel is not worth the price.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay with clean rooms, courteous staff, and prompt service. The location was convenient, close to major attractions. The breakfast buffet had good variety and taste. Though the wi-fi was a bit slow, overall, the experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely consider staying again.

Totally uncleaned room...even the blanket was used...very bad smell around the room...the rent was 1500,and in my views the room was not even 500... experienced was totally horrible...i suggest, in Kolkata anyone can get far better room in 1500 easily ...

pathetic experience they kept my government I'd proof for whole night return it in the morning after several reminders they are asking for so many unrealistic questions too. It's a horrible hotel I found in my entire life.

First of all I am gonna talk about the location. The place where it's located is not so good because I am a vegetarian and there was a fish market and that's what is not good about the location although it is near to the sealdah station to stay so the service they provide is good and nice.🙂 After all I will say that the hotel is good to stay.
