Manager was so inhumane

My stay at this Kalyani Lodge was good, hygeine too was good, but the manager was so rude, or i must say inhumane. He forced me to check out midnit, as i asked him for early morning checkout, but he didn't agreed. I was with my mother and brother. But he was stick to his words
