Stay was comfortable as room and bathroom were clean and hygienic with all basic facilities available. But only issue i face during check in that initially i was offered a room without attach bathroom and manager trying to fool saying no rooms with attach bathroom were available though i booked the rooms 1 week earlier. After i deny to stay in that room he offered me the attach bathroom room. So be aware of u r rights. The only demerit i found they did not offer at-least a single bottle of water. Other thin that staff r cooperative. But not initially.

groupThe manager was not friendly. He offered us bottled water which we thought were complementary and charged it to the bill the next day. The room is OK and clean but not worth the cost. It takes Approx 130 rupees by cab to the main market. Would not recommend it. Will not stay here the next time. Travel a lot through Howrah but wouldnt stay here again.

The owner of the guest house behaves badly with ladies .. Don't know manner ... The staff are good ... But the behaviour of the owner is awful .. I suggest not to stay there and waste ypur money .. This hotel don't deserve even 1 star.
