There are a couple of rooms here which are good I would definitely recommend delux rooms which are worthy for the price you pay and good service to add on.

very bed experience.When I reached Bothra guest house,owner unwilling to give me room.But payment already done through make my trip.Owner said if you book room through mmt then I will not able to give room.Afer many request he gave me room.I am request all traveller not to go this property through mmt booking.

Room was not up to the mark, commode pipe was broken,AC was widow Ac which cooling capacity was very low.

Stay was comfortable as room and bathroom were clean and hygienic with all basic facilities available. But only issue i face during check in that initially i was offered a room without attach bathroom and manager trying to fool saying no rooms with attach bathroom were available though i booked the rooms 1 week earlier. After i deny to stay in that room he offered me the attach bathroom room. So be aware of u r rights. The only demerit i found they did not offer at-least a single bottle of water. Other thin that staff r cooperative. But not initially.

Very bad experience this hotel staff and workers are non coprative and very much rude to visiters they start showing attitude and start shouting very bad hotell

Hotel denied to give check in, check in problem and denied to give check in i have faced problems, really it was bad experience

Location good, no food, room is clean, but bathroom is very conjusted. No lift, room is at 3rd and 4th floor.

Hotel is safe for women and children.

It serves purpose.

The Guest House is centrally located and the rooms are pretty decent. Value for money.

Very bad service. And room also very old. Toilet very bad. Have no night lamp in this room. AC very bad. and drinking water not available in this hotel. Overall hotel is very bad.

This hotel is very bad in customer reception. AC is not working. The hotel people are non professional and very rude in behaviour. It's my one of the worst stay.

The location was worst and room was very dirty. I wrote room for three adults and got a very small room. There was fan in bathroom. Was worst experience

The manager was not friendly. He offered us bottled water which we thought were complementary and charged it to the bill the next day. The room is OK and clean but not worth the cost. It takes Approx 130 rupees by cab to the main market. Would not recommend it. Will not stay here the next time. Travel a lot through Howrah but wouldnt stay here again.

OK old hotel. Near metro construction site. Very dusty place. Price is high as compare to the place. Not recommend for family.
