No AC working TV cable problem.... on one was taking responsibility..... plumber problem...... very much puzzle.. plz do some thing.... in this cost it’s worthless...plz modify terrif....

I stayed at Gallery Inn for two days and had a great experience. The place is neat and well-maintained with excellent facilities. The room was clean, organized, and the bed was comfortable. The two single beds were free of bed bugs, and the room had tea and coffee sachets, a kettle, and glasses.The room came with a working TV and cable connection, as well as a functional air conditioner, tables, and a chair. The bathroom was also well-equipped, providing small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and shower gel, along with clean bath towels and soap. Hot water was readily available upon request from the staff. There were two mirrors, one in the room and one in the bathroom. The staff were cooperative and nice, and there was a security guard at the front door. I also felt safe because the room had smoke detectors and the building was equipped with CCTV cameras. The room cost me around ₹1300 per day through 'make my trip' platform. One thing to note is that they don't provide food, so you'll have to order or dine from outside. The location is convenient, situated about 6-7 km from Howrah Junction and 10-11 km from Kolkata Airport. You can even get a direct bus from the airport. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata on a similar budget.

Awesome stay and good staff behaviour and easy accessible location and good service

The Hotel services are very good. Staff is very cooperative and actually this is for business. Traveller and family. The room is very clean. Bathrooms are very neat. Okay frequency frequency of cleaning is every 2 to 3 hours. Thank you.

The hotel is very good, colorful, very good hotel, excellent security, excellent service, very good, in a word, I liked it very much.

The location of the hotel was not correct which led to roaming in the streets for atleast half an hour. Not to mention it got distant from the main location. Washrooms need to be clean. The dripping taps and smell didn't help. Staff was cooperative . Hence the 3 stars.

Discipline in all matters strictly followed. This is a good indication for a good hotel. Google map location of Gallery Inn hotel to be revised to show just on C.I.T. Road. Staffs were very good.

In our urgent trip to Kolkata, we found our stay very much within budget along with Comfortable room and very humble room service. condition of the toilets could be a bit better. This property doesn't contain kitchen within but Multiple food options with variable range is Nearby. Overall Nice stay.

The hotel is only for lodging purpose. Food arrangement not there. However staffs will arrange food for you from outside and serve at your room. Location is prime. All other facilities are good enough.
